This place is close to The President Hotel where we stayed. I like that the restaurant accepts cards (not just cash payments), they have parking spots, close to the park and the beach and serve local food. Their grilled squid, to me at least, is grilled perfectly. The Kilawin Bangus was a bit too strong for my taste though but...

We were looking for a Hotel to rest after a long and exhausting trip from Singapore. Having arrived at around 2am in Lingayen, our friends suggested for us to stay in Hotel Consuelo. Their lobby doesn't have air conditioner but staffs are friendly and very helpful. Despite of the amenities being dated, we were still well rested during our stay....

This hotel is a budget hotel. Period. Adding a swimming pool does not make it a resort hotel. This place is ideal for attendees to seminars and conferences who are just looking for a place to sleep at the end of the day. The room accommodations are basic, nothing fancy. Elegant is not a word I would use to describe...

I always see the beauty in everything whenever I go to a place but this Hotel Consuelo is something I CANNOT recommend for fellow travellers. I stayed there last Sept 27 and my room was in the 2nd floor. How will you feel upon seeing the bedsheets with stain, the trash bin not emptied, and the fridge dirty? There was...

We stayed in Hotel Consuelo for one night & cannot forget the terrible experience. The room sizes are really small & they have a peculiar smell. The mattresses, towels etc were dirty & we didn't feel like using the same at all. The staff was helpful though but the hotel was very badly maintained.

Get away from this hotel and never ever tried to check in. We checked in at night along with my family to sleep and relax after a long journey from Malaysia and Singapore but we were embarrassed with the hotel. Rooms are so small, very dirty, no cabinet, so disgusting. This hotels needs complete change.

The hotel is situated opposite the provincial government center. In between is a well kept tree lined park. Behind the Provincial Capitol is the beach. The hotel is ideally located, depending on the nature of your trip. The hotel itself is very ordinary. Its saving grace would generally be their hotel and restaurant staff who are helpful and polite. Generally...

I know the location is good, near the beach and all, but Stay Away. I had the trouble of travelling there from Dagupan city by a Jeep bus ride, then trike ride, hard with luggage, then checked in, and checked out an hour later, and returned to the city. The hotel lobby and area is not Air conditioned nor any...

Generally dirty. CR is dirty that I had to wear slippers in the tub. Furniture is frayed. Very expensive for no value. No towels. Mattress and pillows are hard foam. It's so bad that we decided to drive home instead of stay the night.
