Amazing location, Excellent combination of steel , wood and glass. Great Pool and Spa areas. Excellent food buffet. I stay in one of the cabins which was perfect for a family to stay in. In the winter the ski slopes pass right trough the hotel, so you are literally on the slope when you get out of your room !!...

We have spent 5 nights in this amazing Hotel in August, 2016. We travel a lot, in good circumstations (usually in 5*), and we are really critical, we expect good service for our money. Now We expected a normal 4* Austrian Hotel, but this one is really went over even our (pretty high) expectations! We were amazed!!! The STAFF -...

The hotel is nicely located in the Grossglockner valley. We had expected a bit more from a 4-star + hotel. We had booked a junior suite, which are apparently all located at the back of the hotel and therefore do not provide the promised mountain view. The size of the junior suite is indeed bigger than a normal room, but...

Stayed here in Feb 2016 for a week skiing with two families and little kids. We had a chalet. The chalet is very nice, spacy, nice views and directly on the piste (ski in and ski out). The service in the hotel (of which the chalets are also part) is very good. And you can have a very nice diner...

New facility with top design combined with great service. Rooms are very nice and well insulated (you hear nothing however big hotel). Bar and restaurant offer great choice and superb service. Gym, welness, pools, ... it's all very well done. Only bummer is the ski area, a bit small and slow ski lifts...

Beautiful location and the hotel and chalets are top draw. The staff are really friendly and provide great service. The food in the restaurant is absolutely fantastic and it has been a pleasure to stay here. We visited for a skiing holiday and the chalet was ski in/ski out which made it really easy and stress free. Although it was...

Very nice design. Very friendly and hard working staff. Hotel near the slope - so extremely good for skiers. Inside shops (sport, market). Swimming pools - inside and outside. Great chief in hotel restaurant - kind of creative artist. Rooms cleaned everyday - you can feel fresh each day since the cleaning staff is preparing everything like first day of...

Simply fantastic. Everything! People, facilities, rooms, food, drinks, ski in / ski out. We stayed at resort twice and were more than simply satisfied. Prices are gradually going up but it is normal evolution of things. Only one point that cannot be influenced by the resort itself. If one goes to that area to ski the Christmas period is a...

We just spent a week at the Gradonna mountain resort and loved it. A perfect place to go hiking and relax, far away from everything. The views and location were amazing, the room was lovely, the gym was great, the staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We did not want to leave and definitely want to be...
