The Verticolor is well located in Chaweng Beach with lots of local amenities and a short walk to the main nightlife area. The hotel itself has a great pool area with a large pool, poolside bar and lots of lounge beds and umbrellas to enjoy the sun. The hotel also has a small gym with a limited number of free...

Nothing in this hotel is great... there's no wifi or very bad wifi. Breakfast is below average. Customer service by the reception staff is the worst I have come across they rip you off at every given opportunity. Taxis are so expensive from the reception. It's better to get a taxi from the street. The staff will not inform you...

I booked this hotel last week through Agoda and I cancelled today because of Koh Samui Being a disaster area with the floods They have taken the full amount for this cancellation when a days rate would have been fair I will never use Agoda again and people beware booking Samui Verticolor if you have to cancel

First up, this place is fine for a night or two. Its clientele is raucous and noise from adjoining rooms can go on until the early hours. There's not a great deal of consideration on display for guests who might not want to party all night. That said, it's a fun place and the staff are very patient in their...

We stayed there for 3 days. The rooms are quiet nice and spacious. I was actually very surprised. The Hotel itself is a little maze but that's part of the fun. The pool in great. The location couldn't be better. It is located in a quiet part but still not far from the Central Festival and from the shops and...

2nd visit to this hotel. Firstly I would like to say people treat you how you treat them. Smile and be polite and you will get the same back. We stayed here and got to enjoy the very very rainy season. The poor staff coped very well with this. Trying to get to work was hard enough for them but...

Enjoyed my stay here as it's a nice hotel positioned at the quiet end of town. It's roughly a 20 minute walk to the main drag which isn't to bad. Was supposed to stay in the superior room but was upgraded to a deluxe room as I think they over booked the rooms. Either way the room was spacious, comfortable...

Staff was very grumpy, only the manager spoke good English. Manager was actually the nicest person working there. Breakfast very weak, pool with too much chlorine. During our stay we spent our last afternoon at the pool, at which point they decided to fumegante all the outside areas of the hotel (probably for the roaches, they were everywhere in front...
