We stopped in Samui for one night on our way to kopanghan. The hotel had a bad smell when we came in. The room looks nice and modern until you look close. The sheets were torn and stained. The towels in our friends room were stained. The receptionist said that our room doesn't include breakfast when the order in booking.com...

The Avenue Samui provided nice modern reception area and modern rooms but rather run door corridors and pool area. We attempted to sit by the pool area one day and had to pick the best of a bad bunch of sun beds, my sun bed had 3 legs and my girlfriends had a broken back support. Aside from this, the...

The hotel is in the town and the hotel provide motorbike rental. Just few step to convenience store. They provide a free breakfast too. The room is quite big, and clean but the furniture and design a bit old school. Overall is acceptable.

We are booked Superior double bed in newer building.Good and clean hotel but it's not very near to restaurants & shops (about 15 minutes walk). Anyway no issues for that because there were lots of motorbikes for rent. Rooftop swimming pool is nice view of Chaweng area & quite clean. Would recommend if can be booked at discounted price.

We stayed at the Avenue Samui for a few days in September. We booked a deluxe double room in the newer building of the two (I think this is a must for anyone considering staying here, as the other building looked quite dated.) When we were shown to our room, we were initially very impressed with the contemporary design and...

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the hotel ... It's nothing like that! I stayed in the Laem Din building across the road so I can't judge the other building but believe that's the upgraded rooms, so definitely upgrade! The Laem Din building might as well be falling apart with stained sheets and dirty walls. The rooms are plain...

I stayed here as part of a gadventure group so I can't comment in the value for money. The staff were friendly, I have seen a number of reviews saying that the staff were rude. Again, just because people don't speak your language does not mean they are rude! Also screaming English in their face will not help! The wifi...

We arrived at this hotel with high expectations after looking at the advertised pictures. It was quite expensive for three nights (1,200 baht per night) so we had high hopes, which sadly, the hotel did not deliver on. The initial room we were shown to was in a separate, run down, older building. For the money we had paid, we...
