This is a find in the Provençal hills, south of exit 7 on the A7 (Montelimar Sud) with spacious rooms/bathrooms, all carried-out in the traditional provençal colours. The restaurant is cosy, and in spring/summer you can eat outside on the shady terrace. The personnel creates a good atmosphere, and the food and the wine are delicious. (wine-tip: ask for the...

This hotel is situated in a 16th century farmhouse, think old stones, old wood. But very modern and totally trendy. And it has air conditioning, which was a great boon as the temperatures in August (when I stayed there) were in the high 30s. The hotel has a very pleasant location in the countryside, lovely rural surroundings. An outdoor pool...

Check in: lady of the reception was outside with people, she didn't reply my greeting. Took her 15min to get back to the reception, then she asked someone to help me, took another 10min before I was given the key. Room: 1 stairs up to 1st floor, decent size room, very small size bathroom, no light in the shower. Poor...

Like others we stayed here on our way back from the Mediterranean and were very pleased we did so. The hotel is an old farmhouse with views of vines and tree covered hills from the windows. There is a swimming pool. Our room described as "plaisance plus" was on the first floor overlooking the pool and countryside. It was spacious...

This is a charming Logis which we chose because of its convenience as a stopover on our way south to Provence. We also chose it as the restaurant was well reviewed. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent. The accommodation and facilities provided were also of a high standard. Our room was comfortable, the pool area was delightful and...

We stayed for one night on our way back from the south and it was super. Our room was stylish, clean and very comfortable with a clean well fitted bathroom (bath with shower over.) We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and well presented but the service was slow due to too few staff it would seem....

We spent one night in this hotel on our way to the south of France and it will be on our list of possible stops in future. The bedrooms are rustic, but more than adequate and air conditioned. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and surrounding area were lovely and an excellent place to...

Spent a night here on our way to the south of france. Everything was perfect. The bedrooms are quite small but beautifully restored in rustic style and have a wet room type bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. I found all the staff really charming and helpful. It was a wonderful experience from the pre-dinner drink by the pool, to dinner...

Used the restaurant only -- for a convivial dinner with friends. On the plus side (and probably most importantly) the food and wine were really rather good -- note: not "excellent", but surprisingly good. Both were also reasonably priced. Quite a big tick there, then. On the less positive side, the ambience of the restaurant is very ordinary -- expect...
