We stayed in the 10 person apartment for a week. There are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms - 3 combined and 1 room has the bathroom on the other side of the hallway. The place was clean when we arrived and the staff on site were quick and helpful to get us set up. The place is decorated 'ski style' which... More

We were in an apartment for 12-14 people. That means 12 people in French. Enough cutlery, crockery, bathrooms, chairs, etc! And loads of space, which is quite something for an French apartment. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! Rooms were okay, except for one, which was quite small. Car park available, bread delivered in the morning, shops close... More

With a group of 11 we stayed in a really big apartment at La Refuge. And I mean really big! The living room/dining area was like a ballroom and the sauna was quite big too. Most of the bedrooms were decent sized too, only a couple were a bit too small. There's the option of ordering bread for in the... More

Great service and location a big thanks to Kevin and Angelica who were so helpful and always available. The skiing lifts, shops and main ski centre for les eucherts is a 5 min walk. Could not fault anything. We will definitely be back thanks guys for a wonderful ski holiday you made it special.

We had Apartment 1 on the ground floor and it suited 6 of us perfectly. The beds were v comfy and everything was just fine. All the staff were most helpful and we lived a sauna and swim after a day's sking.

After a very gruelling trip of 50 hours to reach La Rosiere (well documented - after the event) we were welcomed with smiles and a beautifully clean apartment. Cecile, the Manager, had been incredibly helpful giving us up dates via phone whilst we were stuck in the snow in Albertville and early in the morning to assist with our alternative... More

We stayed there for a week of skiing as 10 friends, rented the 12 people appartment. - the apartment was large (for a ski resort apartment) and comfy - the beds were comfortable - each room has its own bathroom - the pool was nice (not big but warm), so was the sauna (free), this is really a big plus... Two couples and 1 single, we found the Refuge conveniently located and almost ski in/ski out due to the heavy snowfall during the week. The apartment was fairly well equipped and the staff allowed us to change into our skiing gear and leave our bags at reception on the first day as we arrived prior to check-in time. A few... More

We have just returned from La Rosiere, where we stayed in Le Refuge. It was an excellent apartment with everything you need for a family ski holiday. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and we had a downstairs room (1er Albert) with 3 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom and separate toilet. It... More

Booking on-line was a bit nervous about what Le Refuge would be like. It was brilliant, lovely and clean, plenty of space, everything in apartment that needed, staff spoke English and very helpful (even let us check in early). The apartment was next to the free bus stop for the resort, a ten minute woodland walk from the centre and... More

“We had requested a south facing balcony BUt got a ground floor north facing. Room 4. It would be better to be on the first or second floors really but otherwise no complaints about the room. It was also suitable for disabled as one of the rooms had an en suite wet room, high WC etc.”
