Stayed for one week with friends for ski-ing holiday. Nice spacious first floor room with lots of storage space (unusual for ski hotels), and a good size bathroom. The most notable thing about the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff - in the reception area and restaurant. On one occasion, we asked for a specific wine for an...

2 floor room, the top floor was a bit narrow and low, hard not to hit your head in the roof. Warm water from the shower were not there all the time. Otherwise a fantastic stay, with the relax but most of all for the restaurant.

However, our doubts were swept away as we had been offered an upgrade, the down side, was that we were bed and breakfast and everyone else...

We stayed here with the family for 1 night. It was a 'smelly' business. The hotel had this smell of greasy kitchen odors and the rooms were not very comfortable (no bed lights and very hard beds). And best of all was when my wife needed to get something in the evening, she couldn't find the receptionist. She wandered around...

Just returned from a week skiing in the Val di Fassa. Stunning area, great snow. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Diamant. Everything was clean and comfortable and friendly, and access to all the slopes and ski schools was easy using the ski bus. The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the hotel at the Col Rodella cable...

Although could do with a little more organisation when looking after larger groups Location is ok with just a 7-8 minute walk to the base lift although even as we didn't go at peak...

We booked a package with Crystal and travelled in February. We were a group of three adults. The hotel is very clean and the rooms comfortable. The staff are very friendly which I believe is very important when staying at any hotel. Angela and Valentina were exceptional in terms of their efficient and friendly approach.
