We travelled as a middle aged couple. We were a little concerned about the hotel after seeing a couple of unhappy reviews, and seeing the location on Google street view, however our fears were unfounded. The outside of the hotel looks very poor and plain, but concealed within is a very comfortable location with a nice secluded pool. The room...

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Tain l'Hermitage, which make it an ideal stopover while driving to the South ofFrance. It's also a nice base to visit the few wine makers in the area. The rooms are a bit oldish, but it make its charm. Swimming pool is very calm.

The Pool was closed but it was not communicated at booking time. We reserved a table in the restaurant for my wife my little daughter and me, but no child chair was ready or even asked of we need one. The waitress looked very stressed and forgot to tell us that daily dish is an cote du bouef. I would...

Nicely located in centre of Tain with free parking in the yard. Rooms and service lives up to expectations for the price, but does not exceed. We did not get air conditioning working, but since temperature cooled rapidly in the night this was no problem. Good breakfast.

This hotel must have been top of the bill in the Sixtees and Seventees. The time that the N7 was "la route du soleil" and this must have been a luxury stop over. Now, 40 yaers later this hotel has not been changed and needs an urgent fresh-up. The only positive point is the space. Rooms have the right size....

I have been here a couple of time for business and I have to say that the location is quite and confortable. The possibility of staying in the back rooms on top of the swimming pool is better for the relaxing atmosphere and the silence. Good breakfast in the morning and personel absolutely kind and very warm.

Although the hotel needed some cleaning up in places the room was fine and the bed comfortable, the bathroom was showing signs of age but there was plenty of hot water. The pool was fine but the surrounding area needed a good clean
