Just returned home from my 4th stay ( B&B ) at this hotel and will be sure to return. The staff are extremely friendly and always welcoming. My colleagues and I ate within the hotel restaurant on the evening of our stay. There was a really good selection of food on offer which was reasonably priced and subsequently cooked to...

My husband and I had a wonderful time and would stay there again if and when the opportunity presents itself. Good food served by friendly personnel. The proprietor cares with all his heart for the comfort of his guests. We felt like part of the family. Cannot think of a thing that was not satisfactory.

We had a nice triple room overlooking the water and it was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant had a varied menu which was also to our liking. This hotel was very convenient for catching the ferry in Oban the next day and was in a quiet location.

Came all the way from Yorkshire on a Saturday afternoon to find the kitchen was closed, a bag of crisps it was then! When I explained, I hoped some might rustle up a cheese sandwich or something, however it was not to be. Not very impressed to be honest

Oban itself is best avoided - run down, peeling paint, no decent shops....so how nice it was to find this Inn style hotel run by a delightful couple who do a great bed and breakfast deal with immaculate rooms. Crossing the Connel bridge is a treat in itself and the countryside round about is lovely. You don't get to be...

We stayed here based on reviews and photos of hotel. At 120 bps, the room and "amenities" as such were way over priced. We enjoyed playing cards with our friends on our room balcony overlooking the bay.

Firstly, four or five miles out is not Oban. The room was ok- it was clean, if a little pokey. Hot water, and sea (more accurately, bay) view... Although paying extra for 'sea view' is ruined a little by the fact the windows were fogged by condensation in between the glazing. Look, to be honest, if I had paid £50...
