First visit for myself,my other half and our 2 boys aged 6 & 3 to Los Gigantes & the Royal sun & it is really hard to find fault in the hotel in anyway. It really has pretty much all you need, it is immaculately clean, we had a 1 bedroom apartment which was a lovely size especially the huge...

This was our second visit to Royal Sun and we were as happy with this visit as we were the last. We were given an excellent room (we requested a top floor apartment and were given the same room we previously had) room 609, 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. A HUGE balcony with beautiful views. We were delighted. The pool...

Have been coming to Los Gigantes on and off for years..first time we have stayed here. Balconies are nice and big as are the rooms (used to be a timeshare complex) The staff are a cheery bunch and keep the place nice and tidy ....the pool is to small for the complex and the sea too far away ..so sunbathe...

This was our first visit to the Royal Sun. We have visited Los Gigantes previously (driving up from the Adeje region) but have never stayed for a week before. All email communications before our arrival were answered promptly and efficiently. We were concerned that we would have difficulty getting a taxi from the airport to LG at 2am. We need...

The hotel was perfect for some much needed reset and relaxation. The rooms are large, with separate bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen, but the real gem was the large outside patio, it was huge with a delightful view and we spent most of our time there. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill, however we...

Staff are so courteous and helpful. Rooms spacious. We're more than happy with the accommodation. Even when the hotel is fully booked it never seems crowded. We like the walk down to the village of Los Gigantes and back up the hill to the hotel as it helps to keep us fit!

I really cannot fault the Royal Sun Resort for what I was looking for. I needed a quiet holiday away from the city hustle and bustle and it was everything I had dreamed of. A huge balcony, bigger than most people's (including my own) sitting room, meant that all of my sun bathing needs were catered for without having to...

We arrived at the hotel, lovely staff at front desk. She gave us the keys to our room and as we booked with booking.com and as Genius member we received a bottle of cava and basket of fruit. Very nice touch. We were totally impressed by the view - we asked for a room at a higher level. It's an...

We have never gone back to a previous holiday destination before, so this was a first for us. We stayed at the Royal Sun last September and it was so good that we just had to go back again. It is just as good. Set 400 feet above the sea, the harbour, and the town of Los Gigantes, and backed...

Standing proudly against the backdrop of the majestic cliffs that give their name to the tranquil resort village of Los Gigantes ("The Giants"), the Royal Sun Resort is set on one of the cliffs' highest points, with unsurpassed views of the village, the charming marina, and the sea beyond. Quality is the hallmark of every aspect of the Royal Sun Resort, from the tasteful, designer-furnished apartments and the choice of on-site restaurants, to the level of the service offered by the friendly staff. Two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, are set in the middle of the complex, with a sparkling waterfall flowing from one to the other and superb panoramic views from their surrounding sunbathing terraces. Next to the swimming pools is the pool bar "Oasis Abraxas", supplying the perfect refreshments to keep you cool whilst sunbathing. From elegant dining in "Aqua" restaurant, managed by Lucas Maes, one of the prestigious Canarian chefs, to thematic buffets in the sophisticated "Regency" restaurant with its splendid views, the range of restaurants within the complex serves every taste. For evening entertainment, try the impressive "Imperial" bar and lounge, complete with an entertainment area where regular shows take place. If you like a bit of activity, the modern gym and the aerobics room should keep you busy. One hundred and twenty apartments are spread over six floors, linked by corridors and lifts. There are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms apartments, all spacious and comfortable with designer furnishings including air conditioning in lounge areas, satellite flat screen TV, direct dial telephone and a complete kitchen. The bathrooms have a walk in shower, or semi-circular bath and a window that looks out on to a mini cactus garden.
