This gets the best score for the hosts alone and the accommodation is a bonus. Rooms are spacious and have everything in that you could need/want. The place is spotless throughout. Felix is truly entertaining and has a lovely sense of humour and is a mine of information. We have never been made to feel more welcome and cared for....

The villa does offer only spacious rooms, but also a generous living room to relax sitting in front of the fire place or while reading or playing billiard & chess etc. Besides there is swimming pool and a balcony. And most valuable are the travel tips the friendly and very helpful hosts gave us. They really know their way around...

I agree with the previous reviews, this guesthouse is brilliant with hosts that can't do enough for you if you need them. They care so much about you having a good time, they helped us map out our way along the panorama route and gave us an ice box to keep our drinks cool. I would recommend the walk all...

Apologies for the late review but Villa Ticino is a wonderful guest house which we couldn't praise enough. The location is fantastic in a completely safe area and there are several good restaurants catering for all tastes within a few metres, in addition to a Spar. The welcome was outstanding and Felix and Ute really can't do enough for you....

I stayed for only 2 nights at the Villa Ticino but wished I could have stayed longer. The house itself is very spacious with large public rooms for a relatively small number of rooms. The bedroom was comfortable with an outdoor terrace. The comfort of the house is, however, surpassed by the kind attention of the hosts who do everything...

An excellent central location for the attractive area, with very comfortable rooms & facilities. Hosts Ute & Felix are a mine of information so useful for tourists. Very convenient for walking in a safe environment both day & night to the nearby restaurants & supermarket. The Sabie golf & country club are also within walking distance. Both my wife &...

We started our journey with a stay at Villa Ticino. The owners Felix and Ute are fantastic hosts. Whatever question we had Felix provided the answer. He gave us a lot of valuable tips and also our first insights on life in South Africa. If you plan to stay in Sabie I highly recommend Villa Ticino.

My wife and I and 3 couples of family and friends stayed 2 nights at Villa Ticino in September 2014. The Good The Guest House is centrally located in Sabie. Once you park your car in the secure car park you are easy walking to distance to restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. The rooms all had ensuite baths and...

We stayed at Villa Ticino at the end of a 3 week trip to South Africa. Having stayed in basic accommodation in Kruger was very nice to have such a comfortable stay. Spacious room, lovely bathroom. Felix and Ute were so so helpful - they planned our trip around the panoramic route and recommended stops en route to the airport...

Many, many thanks to Ute and Felix for making us so welcome. First class accommodation and extremely relaxing. Sabie is a lovely town. Cindy and Ian are very lucky to live a little closer (few thousand miles closer) than we do.
