We stayed one week in this hotel and had a wonderful time. The hotel grounds are very clean, well maintaned and with a great design. Everythink is dedicated to the „flower theme“ and with a lot of love for details. They warmly welcomed us when we arrived. Our room was not ready so we went out for breakfast and afterwards we could check in to our room around noon, which we apprechiated. The room has a good size and the bed is very comfortable. We slept good but I had the feeling that the walls are a little bit thin, sometimes we woke up at night, because a door was slammed or people were talking loud. Breakfast is lovely and the staff friendly, attentive and very service-oriented. They are very well-organised due to the situation with covid. Sometimes it got a little bit crowded on the breakfast buffet (you are not allowed to serve yourself, they do) but they did their best under this circumstances. They have a very nice choice of fresh fruit, nice bread, a very good cappuchino, hot meals such as pancakes, eggs etc. I recommend the omelette! On our first day we wanted to check out the gym around 8 am. Unfortunately we were not able to use it, because it was fully booked the whole week. The only time availale was at 7 or around 11 am. This was a little bit dissapointing and I truly hope that the gym is not blocked by the same guests every day. Once I used it at 7 am, because I was awake early. I asked for a yoga matt, to exercise in our room and Carla organised one for me from their partner hotel. This was a very nice gesture and I really appreciate it! Everyone in this hotel is lovely and friendly, especially Carla and Guido. Unfortunately I don‘t know the name of everyone. At the breakfast buffet, on the rooftop bar/ restaurant they also took very good care of us. We ate in the rooftop restaurant once and enjoyed a wonderful sunset and a tasty, romantic dinner. Thank you for a great time - we would definitely return to this wonderful hotel! Maybe next year in a more quite month - thank you for the tipp guido :-)

On the other hand we understand your discomfort when you want to go to the gym and not be able to do it at the specific times you wanted but it is true that with the theme of the Covid we want to protect our guests as much as possible and make sure that we follow all the security measures that the government establishes and that for the moment are necessary, such as the security distance and the limited capacity. Outstanding service and excellent premises! By far the very best hotel in Formentera!! The hotel is brand new and extremely well managed. It is strategically well located to explore this beautiful island. The pool, SPA and TechnoGym facilities are modern, clean and well maintained.The hotel staff is available 24/7 and provides impeccable service always with a smile. They successfully strive to please each and every guests. The food is exquisite! The finest breakfast buffet is amazing. Dinner on the roof top at sunset is a memorable experience. Sara the chef is extremely talented and creative. The Five Flowers Hotel was an unforgettable experience and can't wait to visit again!

Booked for dinner for two at 8pm in the Imagine restaurant as Kokyo was closed....arrived in time for a cocktail before hand. We were the only two in the bar by the pool.... At 8:15 we went to our table as were the only two guests on the restaurant and it stayed like that for the hour we stayed to eat our meal. The food was ok but not great. I totally felt sorry for the staff to be honest. I’m sure the management would be better off just closing for the time being - I can’t see how the hotel will survive if it’s as empty as we found it. We went to Chezz Gerdi last evening and it was rammed! This is only a few hundred meters away from the Five Flowers. The Five Flowers is beautifully decorated but the vibe is all wrong for the island. Pity.

Dear goombie, First of all Thank you for visiting our hotel for dinner. But obviously you got confused with our gastronomic concept, unfortunately. The Imagine, where you reserved, is our Snack Bar, and in the morning our breakfast restaurant. During the day, when our guests relax at the main pool, they can snack or have lunch. Our main restaurant for dinner, called JANIS, is located on our famous rooftop, together with our rooftop infinitypool and the wellknown SKYbar. You mention the KOKOY, yes we changed our food concept, where there was the KOKOY ( on the rooftop ) there is now JANIS, our gastronomic restaurant, where we elaborate a current Mediterranean cuisine by chef Sara Valls, while our guests enjoy the spectacular sunset and the 360º view on Formentera. Maybe next time you would like to enjoy your dinner at JANIS. We recommend to make a reservation beforehand, as its always quite full. The Imagine didn´t change. In the evening it´s a great alternative for our guests who just want to have a Burger, Clubsandwich or a Fresh Salad, or just something quick. Thank you very much for your concern about our economic situation, we apreciate it, but we are doing quite well and there is no need to close. Our guests, and the guests from outside who come for dinner, are just concentrated on the rooftop, the place to be, enjoying great cocktails, great food, and good vibes. We are happy you had some good time with our great collegues from Chezz Gerdi. Fantastic place! Maybe we see you another time in our SKYbar or JANIS Retsaurant. Would be a pleasure. Best Hotel we have ever stayed at! We were met at the ferry terminal in luxury and escorted to the Hotel. On arrival at the hotel the staff made us welcome and we immediately felt "at home". We stayed in a sky suite, highly recommended, which had everything you needed and more. The decor and furniture all around the hotel is amazing and has to be seen . The hotel is spotlessly clean wherever you go. The breakfast are amazing with a fantastic choice of food and the staff are all great! Huge smiles greet you when you arrive. We were celebrating our 48th Wedding anniversay and they even brought a bottle of fizz to our room compliments of the hotel. I think that what really made our holiday 110% was the staff. From the reception staff, porters,resturaunt staff and even the cleaners,they all made us feel very very welcome. My wife said she would have liked to bring the young waitress at breakfast, I think she was called Mata, home with us!! The hotel should be ver4y proud of all the staff.

We spent 2 weeks at the hotel from 5th October and were absolutely amazed and delighted with not only the hotel itself but the wonderful staff, service, amenities, location and food - everything was 110%!!! Where shall I start! The people make this hotel and your stay extra special - efficient, professional but so warm, welcoming and friendly -& they can’t do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. Special mention must go to Marcela, Marta, Ledsey and the reception and concierge staff - they made our stay so special that we are actually already planning on coming back - a first for us ever! A special mention also to the guest services manager who was always there to assist - thank you. The hotel decor and cleanliness is second to none, the rooms are wonderful - we had an external whirlpool tub on our terrace along with table chairs and loungers which was so great. The amenities are the best we’ve experienced with a great range of toiletries, hair dryer, hair straighteners, shaving foam, razor, toothpaste, toothbrush to name but a few! The breakfast from 8.00- 12 noon is a dining experience in itself with so much choice but exquisite quality and exceptional service. The lunch was a fine dining experience in itself. Room service food fast and excellent. The roof top bar of an evening was wonderful although we didn’t dine in the Japanese restaurant. The pool beds, loungers, towels and service again was excellent. The gym and spa as well. An absolutely fantastic hotel and we can’t wait to come back to such a beautiful island and a holiday that we will treasure. Thank you so much and we will be booking again for next year in the next few weeks!
