We had a room on the 1st floor that was nicely refurbished with a good bathroom (hair dryer, soap and shower-gel/shampoo), comfy beds, balcony and serviced every day. Fresh towels whenever we needed them. The Air-Con was very good and not at all noisy. Beach umbrellas were available, but we didn't enquire about them. The breakfast and evening meals (half board) were of a good standard, plentiful and a variety of choices - hot and cold foods, pastries, fruits, drinks etc for breakfast. The evening meals were also good with salads, a different fish course every night, with a other cooked meats, vegetables, chips etc. The location was brilliant. A choice of bike hire shops, small supermarkets and a good array of general shops, bars and restaurants. Very close to the beach and the bus stop (great regular scheduled bus service). The hotel bar prices were similar to other bars in the town. The staff were friendly and helpful and Taylo who was the main person in the restaurant was brilliant and very attentive. Yes the bedroom doors do slam if you let them. Music from the bar could be heard occasionally at night time, but not enough to disturb our sleep. One improvement that we would have appreciated (but remember this is a 3* hotel and not a 5*), would be to have the bedroom floor cleaned each day, as sand from foot wear does get into the room. Overall this is a very good hotel and one we would definitely stay at again.…
Beautiful hotel room, including a very nice bathroom! Very clean. Hotel situated near the beach in a cosy street. Excellent service, very friendly staff, breakfast and WIFI included. Hope to return in the near future!
Room was spacious, modern and cleaned to such a high standard. Male staff member in restaurant was fantastic. Good food, decent choices. Great, clean premises and very welcoming, relaxed environment. Reception staff took city tax payment during check in but couldn’t give us a receipt until later on, this wasn’t an issue but this could be an issue if staff misplace the cash, change shifts etc. Should issue receipt when taking payment.
We stayed a week in Los Rosales and could not be happier. The hotel has been redecorated and is clean and simple. The breakfast is ok, try the local pastries and the Spanish ham!! If you are a coffee lover...this is not the place where you will get satisfied. Having said that, the staff are very nice and attentive. There are many positive things about Los Rosales: -great location (beach and restaurants) -you can take a shower after checking out (very handy if you want to go to the beach before heading back to Ibiza). -the staff are always ready to help. The place is not pretentious so if you want a good quality place with good staff and close to the beach and restaurants, this is a place for you.
Staff helpful with good local knowledge. Good choice of food at breakfast. No problems with room. Enjoyed holiday in Formentera including walking the green routes footpaths and seeing lots of lizards.
"Nothing to say, very clean, well run, Otto a very lovely bar person needed a little support, just to give us a personal touch if we decided to stay put, by the way he made an amazing Mojito take note!"Read full review
