Food was terrible.
Poor breakfast , no international brekfast - no omlet, no pancakes, No sausages, no oatmeal no salad..

Poor dinner - no eatable food.
Desserts chemical. No salad such as ceasar or greek..

My children didnt eat for a week cause was nothing to eat.. even yogurts were terrible. Pastry terrible with no taste.

We changed to apartments and went to supermarket to buy yogurts, sausages, oats and milk and cooked in kitchen even we did pay for half board. Good we didnt go All inclusive.

Save money dont eat in hotel, go to cafe/ restaurant outside the hotel if u want eat.

Holiday was ruined as feeling overpaid and not eating there..

We eat just sandwages there.. can do same at home with ham and cheese..

Turkey resorta are way much better choice than spain!

Last minute booking at hotel more expensive than fee days in advance.

In november cold in night ask extra blanket, take slippers.

We paid in November 100€ per night.. with flight and transfer our week holiday cost us over 1500€ and we think it wasnt worth even 500€..

Bad expierence we wont bw returning here..

Better choose Turkey for family holiday.
Thank Agnese K

This was our 9th holiday at Estival Park which speaks for itself. Rooms have been refurbished and are really nice. Lots of choice of food, 3 restaurants to choose from. Staff brilliant, helpful and friendly, have made a lot of friends over the years.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 7 nights back at the end of August.

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were all inclusive and the value for money was brilliant. Breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant. All day snack bar in the bar area and all you can drink. We're not fussy so the local alcoholic drinks were perfect. I think it's an extra euro for branded drinks. 3 fridges stocked everyday in the bar area with bottled water. There soft drinks readily available throughout the day too. We were never hungry or thirsty.

It was less then a 5 min walk from La Pineda beach, which stretches for miles and 5 min to the local shops and restaurants. We didnt have to eat out once as the food in the hotel was brilliant. Excellent variety, salads, meats, hot foods, desserts etc.
We went out in the main town of Salou 2 nights and it was only 10€ in a taxi. Portaventura is about €16 in a taxi. We only spent money on our nights away from the hotel. Other then that, the all inclusive package is the way to go.

Room was nice and spacious, with a balcony over looking the front entrance of hotel 1. We were on the 4th floor and heard no noise at all.
There was a nice mix of people too. From young couples to families to older couples. This resort had something for everybody.
You also don't have to stick to your own hotel for dinner etc. If you'd like a change of scenery you can use the facilities in any of the 3 hotels on the complex.
Overall we really did have a great time and are booking to go back again at the same time next August.

We were nervous about visiting this hotel due to the reviews but we went in with an open mind as it is hard to please everyone......on first view the hotel look old fashioned dark and dull, check in was slow and staff didn't even smile or welcome you to the hotel and 2 customers pushed in to the long queue of people checking in to complain. The room on first glance was clean and looked to be dated but bearable, but we were yet to find no kettle (14 euros) shower was either freezing or boiling hot (our four year old was scolded in the shower, we complained 3 times, we were told it would be looked into, only to find from other guests they had the same problem and it was just the cycle of the water, so why even make out you are looking into it) the bed sheets were changed twice in 12 days, the floor was never swept or mopped (under the beds which were easy to move and look under were disgusting) there was ONE plug socket in the whole room, we paid a £66 supplement for our room for pool view and A/C the view was blocked by trees and not pretty trees over grown messy trees, the a/c by the 4th day was blowing hot air, we went to reception to complain to be told because of the weather (currently on this day 27c) it was too cold for a/c so the system had been switched to hot air. the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything above and either side. The corridors and lifts were unclean smelt of cigarettes, on our day of arrival there was x3 glasses and x1 coffee cup on the table near a lift and right near the cleaners cupboard and was still there on our day of departure. the toilets in the bar area were below any kind of standard and the taps didn't work and the smell was awful which throughout the day drifted into the reception. the food hall was a nightmare nothing but chaos and queues, I was ill the second day in (from not fresh seafood) I refused to eat any meat or fish the remaining 10 days and was careful what I gave my 4 year old and in the end our family ended up eating from the snack bar which serves chips and nuggets 11am-11pm as it seemed the safest option and there were no queues as in the food hall you would struggle for a table regardless of time you went and they had a stupid key card checking system then kept crashing. we ate out at a lovely Italian just outside the hotel even though we had spent over £1500 on an ALL INCLUSIVE holiday. The drinks machines were chaos in the morning (waiting 15 mins) only to be served WARM foaming water for a cup of tea the shower water was hotter. Towards the end of our stay the weather took a turn and was rather chilly for Spain I fancied a hot chocolate to find the all inclusive hot drinks machine in the snack bar out of order, my partner went to the bar to order me one from there to be told rudely and abruptly from the staff 'we don't have it tell her to have a milkshake' so much for 4*. The entertainment in the day time was quite good the entertainment team despite the rubbish weather towards the end were very up beat and friendly, however the children's entertainment was a complete shambles and was painful to watch - might be worth baring in mind the animation crew who do the entertainment are not employed directly from the hotel and it shows as their hospitality was 4* compared to the so called 4* shambles of a hotel. The hotel is shortly being closed for renovations and quite frankly it needs something as we wouldn't even award it 2*'s and just because it is under going renovations shortly doesn't give the excuse to quiet frankly not give a crap about their current customers. We feel we wasted out family holiday this year and it was seriously so disappointing. We wouldn't even return after the renovations and we don't believe the attitude and rudeness of staff and cleanliness of rooms will ever change. We would avoid at all costs, even upon check out they didn't say thank you for your stay we hope to see you soon or anything it is was a simple ok and bye. Ali Family 19th/10/18 - 30th/10/18

We have been to this hotel for over 10 years, but the hotel has not improved...
15 minutes wait for a normsl coffee at breakfast. Cold water in room. Plastic cups always for drinks. Room at 2 pm still not cleaned. Very crowdy at diner. Average food.
After all these years, they have lowered the standards significantly...
So disapointed for sure...
Thank Chris B

We were there end of September - October and stayed in Hotel 1. We had no problem getting sun beds as there was ample available and no evidence of people putting out towels from early morning.
