Second visit to this Hotel still very good, friendly staff room very clean good choice of breakfast and very reasonably priced, booked a family room which was a perfect size being 3 Adults and 1 child. Staff member at breakfast very helpful. Only 1 down point we had some person/persons unknown shouting and knocking on someones door early hours of...

Room was small, but we'll appointed. You could tell that it had been recently refurbished as there was a fairly strong smell of paint about the place. Bed was comfortable enough, if a little bit small. Missed breakfast as we overslept, but staff were friendly enough and we didn't have any complaints. For 50 quid, there's nothing to grumble about....

Stayed here on business with 2 colleagues. First class welcome, spotless and comfortable rooms. Bags even taken to our rooms. Bathroom was immaculate. Staff went out of their way to help, fresh hot cooked breakfast made to order, a Supermarket, banks and local shops within 5 minutes walk, 5 min taxi from Saltaire hosting a wide variety of brilliant eateries....

Excellent location. Everything you need in the room. Friendly helpful and informative staff. Breakfast was nice with a varitey selection. Easy to go to the supermarket and restaurants. The only thing I can suggest is to not make the dining room full of kitchen smell.

This was a surprisingly good hotel which got all the basics right - really comfortable bed, great shower and great service. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Great location for visiting the Salt Mills. Really good breakfast including fruit. We had a lovely time.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the last 4 or 5 years when I come up to Yorkshire to visit my daughter who lives near Ilkley and I haven't found anywhere better in the locality. The welcome is always warm and we are now treated as friends of the family who own and run the...

A good privately owned hotel. As others have mentioned a bit corporate/dated but and a Big but.... the staff are so very friendly and laid back. Nothing is a problem for them. All so cheery. Perfectly located for Saltaire. Price - very reasonable. Allow dogs. Slight negative or is it !?- whilst you are still standing at reception having signed...
