We loved this place; should be 6 stars! Beautiful lane with stunning scenery, Val makes a wonderful host and cooks an incredible breakfast. The room was large with a lovely shower and very comfy bed. We had everything we could've asked for from our stay, we'll be back again!

Stayed here twice in June 16. Once alone doing my own C2C on a bike and once with my wife. Only 200 yds off Leeds-Liverpool canal and easy navigation. On NW outskirts of Leeds-Bradford connubation and found driving there much more difficult as located down an unmarked farm track, OK with sat nav not OS maps. Stayed in 2 of the...

What a lovely place to stay. Before our stay our son had stayed here when he travelled down from Scotland for an interview. His interview was successful and we accompanied him on this visit to find him somewhere permanent to stay. Val remembered him, congratulated him and made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful and the bed was...

This is a perfect location for cycling/walking along the canal and also for a visit to the world heritage site at Saltaire. Val is a great host ; she is very concerned to ensure everything is "just right ".and even loaned us a bike when one of ours disintegrated .The room we stayed in was lovely; high ceiling, spotlessly clean...

Beautiful views over countryside, a peaceful retreat. Val was the perfect host, she suggested a taxi for our evening out in Saltaire, along with recommending a visit to Fanny's Ale House. Our room was perfect; spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortablle we have slept in. Breakfast was yummy, with plenty of choice. I went...

Absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, we only had one night. Very warm and helpful. Delicious full English breakfast, with views out to garden and squirrels. Nice river walks down the back and up to main road for access up to pub recommended for dinner.

From the moment you pick up the phone to your check out you get the Val treatment, and boy does she make your stay as comfortable as she can. Honestly, Val can't do enough to make sure your stay at Ford Farm House is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are big, spacious, warm and light with outstanding views of...

Who wouldn't return to Ford Farm for a stay in this part of Yorkshire! A warm welcome, a spacious room with lovely views, superb breakfasts when spoilt for choice of what to eat, and nothing too much trouble. Ask for bread and bacon to make a sandwich instead of Full English? It was made for us by Val! Fresh milk...

We stayed here last November and have booked to return in April. It's a real find. The rooms are large and very well furnished. Lots of lovely touches to make your stay special. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.
