Booked a family room for one night which basically equals two old dirty mattresses pulled out from under the main bed, the quilts were awful, the covers were seems had come undone and my son found someone else's sock in his bed!!!! Our tea/coffee facilities had not been topped up for our arrival and there was only one T.bag. The...

Rooms were clean and spacious. Good shower. Service in the restaurant was terrible, the food was not much better. Reasonably priced drinks, but again very poor service. The hotel is OK if you are stopping through, I would not recommend for couples. If you want to explore the area and don't have a car you will have to get a...

Had another great stay at ramada. Rooms very clean, massive bed extra pillows everything you need. Only issue was cleaning staff laughing loudly outside the door first thing in the morning not what you want after a late night!

I was a guest at THIS Ramada hotel from 9th till 14th January 2017. I informed the vehicle registration at the reception as requested. I parked my car at the hotel car park which is allegedly free. Following my stay I received four parking penalty notices from Parking-eye 360 pounds. As I was using a rental vehicle, I also received...

Staff were slow to react and not very proactive. When we arrived there was no cooking gas. I had to filigree out that they could still Cook soup in a microwave. After having to hear complaints from them about health and safety implications. The only thing thats good about it is proximity to Allianz park
