From the moment we arrived the staff were really helpful, nothing to much trouble.
Big free car park.
Room dated, very basic and some visual mould in bathroom.
Great venue for elstree studios.
Stayed in a twin room. Beds comfortable, room quiet and clean. Asked reception staff for directions, to book a taxi and for extra tea bags and they were always very happy to help, excellent staff, asked how wwe enjoyed our evening etc.

Although this hotel is close to Elstree studios where we were attending week 3; movie week, for Strictly come dancing (fabulous); the facilities were pretty basic. We were for some reason allocated the disable room, which was spacious. The beds were clean and quite comfortable....More

I stay here quite often for work and the staff are always friendly and nice.
Check in is efficient and the rooms are clean.
There is usually plenty of parking which is good to know as I often check in quite late.
It depends how you define walking distance. It would take me 20 minutes to walk to Elstree & Borehamwood mainline station where you can catch Thameslink to the City. You can catch a bus to the station from very close to... More
It depends how you define walking distance. It would take me 20 minutes to walk to Elstree & Borehamwood mainline station where you can catch Thameslink to the City. You can catch a bus to the station from very close to the hotel (ask the staff) but during school times the traffic in the High Street is heavy and it would be quicker to walk.
