This supposed to be glamping it is shocking and there is absolutely nothing glamoures about it. The toilet / shower block had no lighting not that worked anyway. No toilet paper well actually no toilet paper holders! It was dirty and dingy. There were old delapidated caravans everywhere. Rubbish piled up no lighting on the paths. This is clearly a residential caravan site with basically 3 pods that the owners of the site rent out. We didn't even spend an hour on the site. The only positive thing about it was we got a full refund and fortunately found somewhere else to stay.

I fail to understand how they get away with this so called glamping site, Carmarthen council planning permission stipulates 12 pods but the cow crazing field (at best) is crammed with hoardes of old dilapidated touring caravans which are positioned anywhere where there is space with no fire safety precautions taken. This site/field has no right of access and seems to be piggy backing onto a caravan site. Please do not stay here it’s a pig sty and dangerous!!

Booked to stay in one of the “glamping” pods between 7th-9th July. Online the property looks totally different to what we arrived to. We didn’t even stay, packed our car back up and drove 2 hours back home!!!
The fact they use glamping in the title is barbaric because staying in a tent would have been nicer than staying in that pod.
The property was rotten with pieces of wood fallen off the wooden structure outside. Once we unlocked the door, there was a terrible odour of rotting wood/dampness and moisture. The property was totally different to pictures we had seen online and the amenities within the property were shocking. The toilet was filthy and not something I would feel comfortable using, even if I was desperate. The leather “sofa bed” resembled something pulled from a skip and was torn and rubbed at every stitch. I sat on it and almost fell through so how anyone could sleep on it it’s beyond me. Overall I am SO disappointed that I was somewhere I was meant to stay during my birthday weekend & whilst six months pregnant. I wouldn’t want my dog to stay there. We drove for over 2 hours late in the evening and had NO choice but to immediately drive home after seeing the state of the property. We then took the keys back to the pub round the corner and explained we will not be staying there and listed reasons why. The boy behind the bar was not fazed at all, they clearly get this a lot. It does not meet any sort of standard as a property to stay in, and the cost for a single night compared to the property is SCANDALOUS!!!

Amazing place , just 30 minutes away from London! I’ve spent over a week - hospitality and kindness of the owners was indescribable. With no doubts I’ll be back there - you can always ring Frankie ( the owner) and ask what to do - where is the near shop etc

Awful awful really awful....this needs closing down .luckily we vowed it before we paid and managed to cancel at no cost but that probably because they are use to it happening and booking.com must be aware of this too.this deserves no stars
