We all enjoyed our Sunday lunch at the Atlantic. We had a table in the window with birthday balloons. Good size portions with loads of side veg and gravy and huge Yorkshire pudding with the beef. Tasty prosecco. Good value.

We booked a table for four for a special celebration meal for my daughter and decided to dine at the Atlantic Hotel, Porthcawl. The poor quality food ruined what should have been a wonderful occasion. A sub-standard lamb shank and steak had to be returned to the kitchen, the replacements however, were still tough and inedible and were also returned...

Stayed for one night after a wedding in the town centre. Superb - friendly staff, clean hotel, and proper oak furniture in the room! The breakfast was excellent, with a great view of the sea - highly recommended!!

Clean room, friendly staff, good food and excellent location. The only reason I gave three instead of four stars is that parts (e.g. the lift) are a little tired. Much more helpful than the snooty near-by Seabank hotel

Extensive menu but as we love tapas style meals ordered a range of sides and starters which were well presented and really lovely. We have found this way of ordering is frowned upon or even not allowed in some places, but here our order was...

Car park is very small, service was a tad slow especially between main course & desert. Not very impressed with their customer services, sent an email asking about parking facilities prior to visiting as had never been there before - had no reply!

So, I stayed at Atlantic Hotel for two nights on the 19th and 20th of February. The weather was terrible for the whole of my stay but the staff at Atantic were warm and friendly. I had two nights in a large double room - it was very clean and a comfortable bed and I could get a glimpse of...

We [ 5 adults and 5 children] had a delicious lunch yesterday, The portions were generous and the menu was varied. Unfortunately we were unable to have a dessert, because we were all full after the first 2 courses. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent, although they were very busy.We will definitely return and have...

Another great weekend listening to brass bands at the Grand Pavilion Theatre. The hotel was even better than last year. Some new staff who where great and even joined in with some of our witty banter!!!!!. We were made very welcome the food was spectacular and the service was first rate. Our party has already booked again for next year
