We left St-Martin (the french side) running for the hills. We stayed here because our villa wasn't available ahead of time. *Please note we usually stay in 5 star hotels* This is NOT a 5 star hotel, but, IT IS a clean and cozy place, with friendly staff who embellish this place X 10. The access to the beach is...

The hotel needs a little updating. It is 5 minute walk to the beach from the room. The breakfast was included in the rate and was delicious. Considering how expense food is on the island, a great thing. No other meal service at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The beach hut had great food and decent prices...

I recently stayed with my family for three nights. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would tell folks if you have four seasons standards book the four seasons if your happy with a "aged" resort with friendly staff this is the place for you. The beach is nice and not busy. We walked to Blanchards on the...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anacaona in March 2017. The #1 thing I want to emphasize is that the resort looks nothing like their website. Perhaps it used to, but today Anacaona is a depressed, slightly run-down version of what you see on the website. Pros: - Comfortable, clean room and bed - Nice full breakfast included in our...

The hotel was okay overall. Beds not very comfortable and a bit from the beach. Service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus (and a surprise). The place is in need of some renos but overall served its purpose.

We have stayed here annually since 1992. The location on Meads Bay is fantastic--the beach is a five minute walk from the hotel. The grounds, once lush and well-maintained, appear unkempt and give the hotel a shabby appearance. The front-desk employees are pleasant and helpful, but the cleaning staff don't seem to be supervised effectively. We needed to ask for...

I couldn't decide to give this place 1,2 or 3 stars. There is good and bad. The property looks nothing like the pictures online. The grass in the pictures is dirt now. Apparently this place had a different name and was well cared for but that has changed. We paid for an ocean view. They didn't tell us that we...

We stayed here a couple years ago, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were wonderful, the bbq with the Mayoumba Folkloric dancers was very enjoyable. Our room was very clean and large with a kitchen and two balcony's. My only complaint is that you cant really see the Ocean in the ocean view rooms due to how tall...

Nice, but dated hotel in great location. Room was dated, but unique with three window walls and views of ocean. Staff is very nice and restaurant adequate for breakfast. Two well maintained pools, grounds appeared to have previously been spectacular gardens, but are no longer maintained. Next door to the amazing Four Seasons, most beautiful hotel we have ever seen,...
