We were traveling off-season and the hotel was kind of asleep but still full of character and warmth. Their breakfast room was the cutest I've ever eaten in. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the weird tasting orange juice. I was hungover so I was counting on the orange juice. :D

Feels a bit like staying "at grandma's", welcoming and friendly atmosphere with a authentic touch. Not for privacy and luxury seekers though - e.g. toilets and showers shared. Perfect maritime location and no standard hotel feeling about the whole place. Ideal for a more personal experience.

The hotel is a old wooden house wich in newly renovered. There is a enjoyable library - bar room for guests. The surrounding is quiet. You can sleep well. The persona is friedly and the breakfast good.

The rooms have a comfortable bed and large bathroom, at least #11 on the ground floor did. We slept very well and the place was so quiet at night. The layout and features of the room are thoughtful and well laid out, even including a work desk. A modest, but fine TV is over the desk. Otherwise, space is a... More

It had a very special atmosphere and the decoration was truly unique. Location was perfect and breakfast nice. The only downside was that the shared toilet-showers had often wet floors. And of course since it's an old house, not as soundproof as a modern building would be. But overall a very charming place and would totally recommend it.

The place was absolutely lovely, outside and inside! Distinctive furnishing ja decorations create a intriguing tension with automated check-in system. Our double bedroom was small, but nice. We met the owner lady in the morning and chatted several times through forenoon. She introduced us hotel's absinthe bar, and later we familiarised ourselves with the peculiar garden, where other people of... More

Lanterna is located just perfect. Nice breakfast. Price OK. Restaurants around Lanterna are quite well serving. Boat or ferry connections work quite well. Nearby Korppoo island has also interesting places to see and a couple of nice restaurants.

Attractively decorated in a small and cozy guest house . Breakfast gets late. We needed it in the past because of the ferries and we got a breakfast . We were very disappointed scarcity breakfast basket. The toilet seat was blocked. The rooms poor soundproofing, and because of the crying child next door stayed up until the early hours.

Very beautiful building in tje middle of the village. Idyllic, romantic place. Great staff and really friendly service. Nice touch was a breakfast that was served individially (not as a buffet), you only had to collect driks 👏

We were cycling and if there had at the time of our reservation been another hotel avaliable In Nauvo, we would have taken it. The reason for that is that the rooms did not have own showers and toilets (except for one room which had already been taken). That did not matter too much though in the end as there... More
