We stayed there last year in August for 3 weeks! It was an unforgettable experience for all of us!
First of all the most delicious food I have had in Italia!!! (I have been in Italy for almost 10 years!) My husband and 3 small kids never got tired of the varieties of food served! The waiter who served us was so kind and also asked if we needed anything else even though it was a buffet service!
Resort activities were soft and very suitable for kids from 3 upwards. My toddler then 4 year old enjoyed all the activities from the morning on the beach as well as in the afternoon by the swimming pool!
Rooms are cleaned promptly EVERYDAY! Stuff from reception to cleaning serve is so professional and efficient!
We realised it was a perfect place as soon as we arrived!

Beautiful structure, consisting of cottages in a pleasant and well maintained setting. The organization unfortunately and 'a disaster, primarily the restaurant, but not only. Hot pasta, repetitive menu, often leftover frittani and botched pasta. 30% of guests are children who have nothing to eat except mozzarella and white pasta.
Crazy heat at the restaurant. Only one of the rooms is air-conditioned. In the other one people die of heat .
Regatta at the self-service, in particular at the appetizer table, arranged near the desserts.
Waiters very nice and helpful.
Beautiful beach and sea. It is reached by two shuttles that go backwards and work. But during the rest day the drivers are not replaced and there is only one shuttle. Shuttle stop under the sun, you could put an umbrella. Contrary to what is indicated the bar is NOT on the beach and closes very early.
The animation guys, very willing and helpful, are poorly equipped.
Swimming pool. Slippery floor. The edge, repainted, loses color and stains the costumes....
Clean rooms.
I don't like to do negative reviews but with what you pay, honestly you expect something more.

I stayed with my family from 29 to 8 August. The most correct grade would be 5 tenths, but in time of need we were followed and satisfied, and therefore we agreed the three stars.
Three stars that, however, cannot be accorded to a dining room visibly disorganized in logistics despite the hard work of poorly managed waiters. Quality of food questionable, but the real problem is the total lack of air conditioning. You cannot think of making people eat in the confusion I assume three hundred people (but maybe more) who once seated begin to sweat while still. The dangerously slippery pool, not well cleaned but above all with just over 60 deck chairs and 23 total umbrellas absolutely insufficient for all customers. Very limited parking in the area adjacent to the entrance, then moved to the street or to the rocky area next door. In the midst of stones dust and brambles where parking logic must be based on common sense. And where there unfortunately we found just the last day a dent on the fender and the body.
The three stars are then given for the beauty and management of the beach,
for the environment in the countryside and well managed, but above all for the kindness of the staff in general who faced requests for changing tables, solving problems (we were an afternoon without light ) and availability of room on the last day has always met us.
A hug and a handshake to the head animator (to whom I never asked the name) who with guys not really experienced has done everything to brighten the stay at all (I'm the one who disappeared two / three days ..)
Despite this, however, I do not feel like recommending this property lightly because given the cost of the stay, most likely you can find much better.
That's too bad.

It is only a few hours that we arrived at this property and unfortunately the reality is well below the simplest expectations.
Bar on the beach not on the beach, restaurant that looks like a corporate canteen with tables a few inches apart and virtually no air conditioning. Room with water leaking climate, telephone not working and no internet connection. Surely we made a mistake being a village mostly frequented by families with many children. I thought it was more comfortable.

The only things that are saved are those where the staff could not influence, namely the context of the Sardinian sea (which is always unique) and the facilities (cute externally)For the rest worse than this I could not imagine. Rooms small (borderline legal), dirty, with anthills even in the air conditioners, rude and rude staff. Bar away from the beach that closes at 12.30 and 18.30 so you have no way to have lunch (packed lunch to request the day before) nor to have an aperitif. Restaurant without air conditioning, bad quality food always the same messed up and reserved, piles of dishes piled up on the tables, a bottle hole without air conditioning, 2 plates for I don't know how many babies. Animation (if you can define it so) non-existent .. in short, the relationship with its equal level is not feasible .. even 2!

We stayed 10 days at the marina beach resort with the family.
We were looking above all for rest and in this sense we are satisfied because the beach is close and the place is nice and cared for.

But so many negative notes..

The price is high for what they offer as the staff is not at all nice apart from someone such as the girl driving the shuttle and the entertainers.

Upon arrival at the hotel no help for the suitcases that we have to load by hand and much less someone to accompany us to the room .. we were given to look for it, no brochure in the room with schedules of various services etc.

The waiters are exhausted as they work all day from breakfast to dinner so not even a smile (which is understandable ) you should aim not to exploit the staff.

Not to mention the "canteen" situation because for me you can not call it a restaurant and those who say that you eat well obviously do not know what it means to eat well , I can understand that it is not easy to cook for many people but it is really scandalous and as a Sardinian I am ashamed of what is offered in the canteen of this hotel which is definitely not 4 stars indeed, the food is tasteless , the pasta is hot , really low quality, people in rivers and total confusion inside the buffet room.

Another negative note the shuttle to the beach .. should have more shuttles as you fight to get on at peak times.

The rooms are nice, the cleaning is not great.

Swimming pool with slippery and very dangerous floor, plus the lifeguards cleaned it late in the morning with customers inside the tub, which was quite annoying.

The wifi is not working.

The room is invaded by ants .. we also found them on toothbrushes and in the bed, not to mention the mosquito situation .. day and night you have to keep a stove on.

I would definitely not return to this hotel especially for catering.

Value for money we are absolutely not there.

Really negative experience, we stayed in August at this old structure, maybe a few luster ago it was a nice village. Let's start by telling about the tiny and borderline legal rooms with mosquito spots crushed on the walls and ants on all sides, even in the beds in the morning.
The food is really scarce and little varied, the tables are so sticky that you can not even pass the buffet at the entrance creates a traffic jam that forces people to shoulder to get in.
The bar and showers are very far from the beach and under the sun you have to do some nice rumps. In the period when I was there the cell phone signal was almost non-existent and the wi-fi was very slow as in a bunker.
The animation made by very young guys with no experience who just could not engage.
In conclusion I do not really Recommendation a holiday at this property, do not throw money away.

Experience with so many (too many) negative aspects, that you can not refrain from telling.
Let's start at the beginning. Upon arrival, there is no porter service for suitcases. I personally think that, in a facility where the noun "Resort" appears, it is a basic service to offer to the customer. Fortunately we were close, I think of those who had to wheel their suitcases under the stick of the sun in the farthest accommodations.
But when we get to the room, we discover that we are literally invaded by ants.
In the bathroom, on and inside the bedside tables, on the floors but, what I really thought to the limits of decency, ANTS ALSO IN THE BEDS (which made my daughter cry for 6 nights!!!!)!!
From the day of our arrival we pointed out at reception the problem that, evidently, no one has bothered to solve permanently, especially since a receptionist said to me "we are in the countryside, what can we do?!". We can do, for example, that that chamber is closed until the situation of the ants is resolved!! And we try to solve it in a decisive way, not entrusting the task to the cleaning ladies perhaps with a simple spray here and there. They changed our room, but only after 7 days, at our request and email of complaint from our travel agency.
At mealtime the situation, already compromised, becomes a disaster.
Table in a non-air-conditioned veranda where you died from the heat with ineffective ceiling blades, congested buffet room, but the worst thing was the food. Really low quality, questionable raw material and cook perhaps at the first work experience. Never seen anything like it in similar facilities!! Quality absolutely not proportionate to the 4 stars and especially to the price paid.
To complete the work:
- in an area where the mobile phone takes very little, you would need an efficient wifi network that allows you not to be isolated from the world, and instead the wifi either does not go, or when it goes is very slow and allows you to do little
- the tv takes few channels and at times with intermittent signal
- the shower drain not working perfectly
- beach bar "away from the beach" and therefore never used
- other small details (moisture stain, broken tile in the bathroom, rough finishes, French windows as entrance ..) but that added to the rest...

Worthy conclusion occurs at the time of check out: for the discomfort suffered in the past week in the company of insects, we would have expected, as a symbolic gesture, that at least the cost for using the umbrella in the front row, instead misplaced expectation: not even the apology.
They will not see me again and will definitely not recommend this property. Too bad, the location deserves better.

I want to be quite brief and give you the focal points for which I have included this title :
1 ) absolutely poor quality food and little variety . You'll starve!

2) rooms always dirty and full of ants

3) triple room was so small that not even two there were figured in 3 then small child!!

4) you are out of this world!! It doesn't take anywhere even with your gigs!

5) to go to the beach it takes at least 30 minutes because it is very far

6 ) the shower is the “beach” bar are NOT ON THE BEACH. But compared to our umbrella at least 1 km
Shameful not to be able to shower after bathing.

7) the famous bus (where there is not even a canopy but you queue under the sun ) that carries you ends the shift at 1 pm that is time that people come back to go eat .. of the geniuses I would say

8) they charge you for the rental + beach towels!!! A THIEVE (notifying you only at check out ( 120 euros !! Crazy stuff. I bought them new to know)

8

9 ) the pool sucks!! Dirty old floor and the pool lacks but intention. (see photo ) I only tell you that half the children had bacterial otitis!!

10 ) the walk to the beach is all broken and you risk that children with bikes or scooters but also simply walking trip and end up in hospital (which has happened )

11) there is no porter service so after hours of travel and under the sun you have to carry your suitcases and look for the room since no one accompanies you.
YOU SUCK!!! Stay away from this place!! They overcharge for not offering any service.

A little thought for the very kind pastry chef Claudio and for the piano bar Domenico.

Very nice sea although with high seabed as soon as you enter. Very nice white beach next to the veraclub. Terrible food. Never found a 4 star with poor food quality. Not even the most obscene corporate cafeterias. People stayed with heartburn at night. Very small rooms but good cleanliness. Very friendly staff. It would be to report for food. Don't come.
