This is my second time in this amazing place, and I tell you it is really wonderful. I had the opportunity in this last ten years to visit other 6 resort in Sardegna but none of them is equal to this place. The reason are simple, wonderful location ad 50mt from the sea, private beach and amazing entertainment by the Equipe and last but not least, quality of food like five stars restaurant...I truly recommend this amazing Veraclub Resort!

I spent two wonderful weeks in this village, where I found my friends.
The holiday was very nice, thanks also to the animators, to whom I became very attached; in particular, to the smiling and sunny Giulia, very funny and good even on stage in the evening, and Edo, very nice with us guys and Brilliant. Many congratulations also to the sweet and very prepared Sara, whom I met with pleasure after anni.Tutti the guys were guided perfectly by the Expert and very good animation head Fabio.Al restaurant you eat very well, but in addition to that there are very nice people like the guys who serve in the room, the chef always on the piece, the maitre Mimmo always kind and the sweet Bouchra attendant. The place is always beautiful and well cared for, when I return I feel as if I were in famiglia.La beach is very beautiful and equipped with a beach volleyball court, beach tennis and bocce.
I also want to thank the photographer Giulia always nice and kind to people.
Thank you all for this unforgettable holiday, I can not wait to return to Suneva, where every year I leave a piece of heart.

Having been every year for the last nearly 15yrs and noting the declining quality of this resort, this year has possibly been the worse so far and yet we still return. It is time to change. The resort cannot cater for the huge number of guests it has decided to take in this year. There are crowds everywhere. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are no longer a pleasure with growing queues, a combination of buffet and served food with grumpy waiters behind screens.
The quality of sports instructors has also worsened with some not even having basic instructor skills. The resort used to pride itself of having a high level biking /spinning class. This week’s was a joke!
Down at the beach, the reserved space was overcrowded , with beds missing. We only had 2 assigned to our room, having to share among the 4 of us. To reliable and returning customers like ourselves this is a real shame and we hope the management will be less greedy next year and focus on quality as advertised in order to lure us back.
This is such a beautiful location and we are quite sad to see it being spoiled by the organisation/management’s greed. Please bring back the standards we were so lucky to experience years ago!
Thanks

Perfection is not a detail, the details make perfection we start the second week here at Suneva comfortable and well-kept environment, the room is coordinated by Mimmo and his right-hand man Francesco very attentive to the needs of gluten-free of our ludo.che say then of chef Donato who with loving care is always ready to fulfill all the culinary requests of Ludovica. Too many things not working!!!
Beach, never clean, messy with the usual rude lifeguard, with cellphone in hand all day, sitting under the umbrella; guests helping the elderly and disabled out of the water, broken sunbeds.
Showers on the beach... no water comes out , they are all broken (4 stars S) full of wasps
Redo them not?

Beverage : Water from this year use purifiers that never go!!!! A sign says it's forbidden to fill water bottles!! Of course so plastic at will and only 2 euros for a bottle of plastic water at the bar (sustainability?????)
At only 4,000 € a week there is no way that you do not offer dispensers available during the day and on the beach.
If you get up after 10 you have to find at least cakes and croissants at the bar...
Ice cream can't cost 4 euros each, it's really a theft
Boys at the Bar, very kind and smiling

Director? Who is he?? Nonexistent, antisocial, as if there were no !!! Not even saying hello.

Obstacles in the avenues to cover water reeds, a drama for those with disabilities but, since it is dark, I would say for everyone.

Last year aperitif on the beach with the Olympics, barbecue and hot dogs in midweek when returning from the sea, gone!!

Room and kitchen always put it all with a smile, in the room you die of heat, tables and chairs stick, at least 4 shovels ..
Ice cream, only 3 days and only for lunch ... why ???

Animation team, try but are not in condition with what they have
(Broken equipment, old etc...)
Fabio is obviously devastated and does not give up ... with a new and inexperienced staff.
They obviously do much less, and I don't even know how they do it!

But what flagship??? There is so much to do and change ...... or soon it will be without guests who were really many to be dissatisfied.

In my case expectations definitely disappointed, in particular related to cost.
I start by allowing that it is not an all inclusive reason why you have to calculate high extras if only for the continued purchase of water bottles given the temperatures, coffee, etc. ..
I confirm the invasion in the room of ants who, at the end of the week, were now also in drawers and bed.
It is right, however, to congratulate the very young waiters (some still attending the hotel school) for their commitment and education, the care girls and the cleaning ladies.
I also report that I have heard several guests complain about thefts from their children allegedly attributable to the fraudulent entry of boys from the neighboring village.

I have been to several Sardinian villages and this has low value for money.
Negative notes: ants in the room that I realized was an old problem, in my opinion solvable. Umbrellas too close. Water extra meal for a fee. Old with facilities to be modernized. You eat in a hot porch full of wasps and flies.

Village Horrible!!! They ruined our holiday 2024 we were from 11 to 18 August! Structure abandoned to itself... maintenance free, dated rooms with the presence of ants everywhere even in the bed, which we reported several times.
Not to mention BEVERAGE is a real degradation: poor hygiene ants everywhere you have to prepare food for children by themselves and then after clean up even the pots and dishes. The containers for the broth and the
Obscene vegetables.
ANIMATION poor... should animate every day but instead nothing... even for children are the soul of the village! Not to mention places for children without air conditioners or fans in a decaying facility with vomitous bathrooms without minimal hygiene!
Let's move on to the breakfast lunch and dinner area: a nice place with very kind and professional staff but with us all sweating! Without an air conditioner or a fan... being below 40 degrees with a high humidity you could not eat, you sweated. I will never forget this August 15 wet with sweat all at the tables nn there was no one we could not stay under there! That then the structure really has potential but is not exploited!!! Not to mention the
BEACH.... a beach completely devoid of everything without a shower but a grounded pump x get wet or clean!!! You'd find the showers on the road with bees everywhere and the toilet awful! Not to mention the pool boiling water and is not for small children because it is deep, without a nearby bar, you have to cross half the village or they might offer cool drinks every now and then!!!
all inclusive what does that mean???? Only water!!!! for the rest you pay everything but I say everything!
Coffee is only offered for breakfast!!!
If I write this is
Just because they pretend to be TOP structures but there is nothing top! TOP is only the price!!! CHANGE VILLAGE if you can and if you are still in time give up your deposit otherwise you will spend Hell in there!!

Galvanized by the Veraclub Amasea experience in summer 2023 we decided to try a new village in the chain considering that we had loved Veraclub Amasea from all points of view.
But all the expectations we had were disappointed.
Let's start from the rooms, a Recommendation...before checking in you check that we checked out the ants since for 14 days we were completely invaded (including inside the children's beds at night). The rooms are also now clearly dated and definitely not suitable for a village that claims to be "luxury".
Applause, however, goes to the cleaning girls (all) who with courtesy and professionalism have tried to solve the problem ants (which certainly does not depend on them) and have always cleaned our room in the best way quickly without ever keeping you waiting, bravo.
Now let's move on to the most sore note (always comparing with Amasea and other villages) that is the food and especially the buffet area. The scandalous thing is that the only area for food consumption (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is outside in a covered room but without air conditioning and without even a damn fan for 300 guests. With a humidity of 90% and 40 degrees forcing people to eat in that heat is a scandal and above all it is disrespectful to the many guys on staff who were super helpful and with the utmost commitment were forced to work at temperatures precisely those of the solar core. As for the quality of the food, the same is definitely poor and the most absurd thing is that almost daily leftovers from the buffet from the day before are reused, reproposed perhaps fried or mixed together. It saves the Sardinian dinner on Tuesday (good) and pizza (excellent), otherwise really low level.
Beach chapter , the sunbeds are attached to each other, really close ... but at least there is an excuse to socialize. The sea is definitely beautiful and crystal clear with colors between blue and green. In 15 days of accommodation we did not see raking 1 time the sand of the club to clean it (early in the morning were only taken away with a net glasses and plastics by the lifeguard)
Last chapter animation, again making the comparison, Amasea was on another planet.
You can see, however, the commitment of Fabio, a whole do while all the rest of the staff is made up of guys too young and without experience.
In general a total disappointment especially in value for money considering that in 4 (2 adults and 2 children ) you pay almost €1000 per day.
We will definitely not return to Suneva
