We stayed at Le Moulin de La Roche for 3 nights just under 2 years ago now as one of our stops during a 4 week driving tour of the north of France in the wine areas of Burgundy and Champagne. It is a beautiful property in the outskirts of the wonderful medieval village of Noyers sur Serain but the...

The place was amazingly quaint! We were looking for a quiet place in a beautiful setting and found it. The hosts were very helpful and kind to us during our visit. The large yard was nice during the warm summer evenings, to sit and relax. The common room was nice, and with the old mill equipment still intact.

This must rank as one of the nicest B & Bs that we've ever found. The room are ever so comfortable and quite spacious but it is the setting that really steals the show! It's quite isolated, by its own mill pond, but you can walk into the town in about 15-20 minutes. Madame is very nice but speaks very...

This B & B is just outside the town of Noyers sur Serein, which is a beautiful medieval town worth visiting. Our hosts were delightful and welcoming. Breakfast, typical French consisting of fresh croissants, jam, butter and ample coffee and tea, was in the downstairs dining room with the remains of the old mill workings as part of the room....

While this B&B is a bit hard to find it is a beautiful spot on a river and is an old renovated mill. The room and bathroom were large and nicely decorate with a beautiful view over the river. It is situated in the very old and interesting town of Noyers. The owners are lovely and accommodating. The room comes with...

I requested to book the hotel through Booking.com on 15 June for myself and my two children and asked with the booking whether the sofa bed that was shown in the photo of the room would be big enough for my son. When I received no reply I phoned a few weeks later and the lady who spoke with me...

This B and B is just outside of town (easy walking distance) and is quite peaceful. The rooms are nicely decorated, though simple, and quite large for European standards. The owners were friendly, but left you to relax on your own. The WiFi didn't work incredibly well, but it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was simple, the the pastries, jam and...

My husband and I plus a friend stopped here for a night on our way home from a ski holiday. It was a perfect choice! The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a breathtakingly beautiful view from our bedroom of the river. We enjoyed our authentic French breakfast of fresh croissants and baguette from the local boulangerie. Michel...

Lovely welcome, fabulous setting, beautiful surrounds, easy walk from the village, easy parking, use of a fridge. Breakfast bit limited. No fruit, meat or cheese, only bread and jam. I've got used to quite a spread from other b&b's at much less cost. Would have liked feather pillows.

This B & B is beautifully set on a tranquil mill pond. My wife and I stayed for two nights on a recent visit to Noyers, Vezelay and surrounding towns. It is convenient to all. The price is reasonable and the accomodations are clean, but basic. The decor is dated, reminescent of an 1960s American motel. The inn keepers were...
