The only downside was the storm DORIS, but even then was has very little disruption. the staff were all well spoken and courteous, and the bar/dining area was clean and well stocked. the food...

On arrival at reception we were greeted in a friendly & helpful manner. We were escorted to our Woodland cabin, which my Husband & I thought was a nice touch. We were shown how the heating worked if needed. The cabin stayed warm & cosy .There was a pint of milk in the fridge a loaf of bread & enough...

This was our second time in a lodge here and if possible it was even better than the first! The lodge had been upgraded since our first stay a year before (not that it needed it) New carpets throughout the bedrooms and bathroom revamps. The lodge was spotless on arrival, a nice touch with tea, coffee, sugar, bread, jam etc...

Spacious and friendly, open to visitors as well as on site guests. Relaxing area for families to sit while kids can play safely within the amusement area or outside play area. Doggy friendly an added bonus. Food good, tho would welcome some cheaper options, especially for the littlies. Swim, gym and lovely woodland walks, a perfect all rounder for any...
