We stayed here for one night on our way to Durban and wished we had spent more time. Lovely room with balcony (called the Rosaerie room) with the extra touch of having fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived in the afternoon! Beach is walking distance.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff always make you feel welcome, rooms are lovely with fresh milk and coffee provided and v comfy bed! Breakfast was a fine spread of different foods, something for all! If staying in salt rock I would highly recommend this B and B. Not much to do in the area...

We passed through Salt Rock on our way to the Drakensberge and stayed one night at the Petite Provence. It really felt like a bit of mediterranean France in Africa, a nice change. The rooms were small but nice, having a glass of wine on the porch at treat, and the breakfast very good.

The breakfast was really good.Fresh breads & preserves.Rooms were beautiful & spacious. Lush garden.......we inquired if we could pack & check out of the room & spend some time at the pool - Jacques was a great "host", only have one small problem with cleaning staff: my husband went up to the room after breakfast & the cleaning lady was...

This is a converted house with spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and modern en suite bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they keep the place spotless. The rooms were immaculate and tastefully furnished. The garden with its plunge pool is a good place to relax. There is a lounge area with music playing and an honesty bar and...

We had a reservation for 2 nights and got the garden cottage. The rooms were in such apoor condition, that we decided to not to stay and rather lose the money than ruin the last two days of our vacation.

This booking has not been paid for, so the client did not loose any money. We are very sorry the Cottage was not to the clients taste however it has recently been renovated and is a Rustic Provence style as advertised on our booking website. We understand this is not to everyone's taste but the the client should pay attention...

The Petite Provence is a lovely B&B close to the main beach of Salt Rock. The walk to the beach takes about 3-5 minutes. We stayed here with 2 children. Originally we tried to book the garden cottage which has 2 bedrooms but it was already fully booked. The room (No. 4) we had now was very lovely with beautiful...

We stayed in a ground floor room with a mini kitchen - kitchen is useful for making of snacks & drinks rather than a full service kitchen, but a useful facility nevertheless. The bedroom had a french provincial theme - nicely done, had plenty of storage and a flat panel TV with the largest range of satellite channels I have...

Perfect for a family breakaway. Staff were brilliant. Everything else was clean, spacious and worked. Great value for money. It's also close to the main beaches in Salt Rock, which makes it ideal for families with small kids. One really nice touch is that they give you a beach umbrella to take to the beach which made the world of...
