As we arrived at night we had to push our luggage up a steep hill once we arrived in the reception a rude young boy treated us with no respect. The food was disgusting no choice of variety same thing every day. Drinks were left out in the sun the boil. Drink were cheap and were severed in plastic cups,... More

This hotel was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was advertised at 4 star but it isn't even worth 1. The food is inedible -reused from the day before, the olives were mouldy, the tables were never cleaned so flies swarmed all over the sugary surfaces and us trying to eat as a result. I'm not... Would not allow my dog to stay here, food disgusting as transported from sister hotel and by time arrived was cold, staff useless and offensive also threatening when questioned, up very steep hill with entrance in darkness. I would personally inform anyone booking this place to reconsider, as health and safety hazard?

On checking in, We wasn't greeted and I was waiting about 10-15 minutes before being spoken too. I asked about the fitness centre/gym that they advertise, Only to be told that they don't have one and they only... More

we chose to ignore the reviews about the food as the cheap price and location is what we were mainly looking for when we booked and i'm not a fussy eater, i can usually find something to eat even in the worst all inclusive resort. Here I was definately challenged. The soup was great, the coffee was great, but I... More
