Very nice place with a friendly atmosphere. Good range of drinks and food with the quality being very good. The room in which we stayed was clean and well presented at a competitive price. The place itself is situated in a very attractive place next to the river with some fabulous views of the nearby mountains. We would highly recommend...

Surprisingly pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with breakfast foods like cereal, yogurt, biscuits, milk and your choice of teas, coffee or hot chocolate. Situated upstairs of a traditional pub that's right smack beside the river, you can see and hear the rushing water and watch the calm scene of the meadow from your room. It is...

We stayed at the Bridge Inn for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Pub had excellent food and the staff were very accommodating and professional. We enjoyed our evenings, after long day walks, relaxing with a Pint among strangers that were open and friendly. We would recommend this lodging to anyone who enjoys a casual and friendly atmosphere....

A delightful pub situated beside an old bridge. The food was excellent, with generous portions. Food was freshly cooked and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pate was good, as was the whitebait.

Was in Abergavenny for the Eisteddfod week, this place had gone all out with the Welsh flags, signage & of course beer which was cool. Not sure when it usually closes but we had a decent song session here until about 3am, nice location, cool beer garden & Welsh speaking staff (that night anyway).

A fabulous little place in a superb location overlooking the river. Our room was very clean , with a lovely view. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Outside the large garden area overlooked the river, and as the weather was warm and sunny , there was no better place to be whilst sipping a nice cool beer...

The place is small but has so much heart and soul. We sat outside in the rather large garden next to the river, the owners dogs are friendly just like the staff and owners. We stayed over-night, the rooms were very nice, large with an ensuite shower and continental breakfast in the room so you don't have to wonder to...

The room (4) was fine - fairly recently furnished in a restrained, modern manner. The en suite had a window, so it was possible to get a fraught through the bedroom, which was much appreciated on a very hot night. There is a busy road at the front of the pub but this room is at the back, and quiet....

Great little spot by the bridge going into Abergavenny over the river Usk It was sunny, surrounded by the beautiful hills and mountains in the valley and the beer was superb. Staff are friendly, and the locals even friendlier! Oh, and saw a kingfisher doing it's biz in front of us. As in, it was catching fish, not having a...
