Staff very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to try and make my stay as comfortable as possible at a very difficult time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Would highly recommend this Premier Inn. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet with easy temperature control. Good sized TV and reliable wi-fi. All members of the staff were extremely efficient and friendly.

Excellent clean room and efficient service. The Inn was placed near to our daughter in Gilwern and was easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the booking in system good. The breakfast was good and ideal to set us up for the day.

Can you walk into town
20 minute walk. Next door to hotel is a pub where the food is OK and cheap, but not great. We are in there midweek and the service was fast and very helpful. A McDonald's and a Costa are also next to hotel.
