Arrived at Gelina hotel on the 2nd October 2016. Now, the impression of the reception make you think you have got a really good deal, but definitely far from it! The room was dark, smelly and and sofa beds had several slatts missing and concrete would have been more comfortable to sleep on than the beds. The bathroom had rust...

I was not looking to arriving here based on the previous reviews. Upon arrival the hotel seemed nice, clean and basic. Our room had abit of a smell to it when we first got in there but that must have been where it was shut up for awhile. The hotel needs alot of love and freshening up....it would then be...

Be warned! As far as service goes - this hotel is the worst I have ever visited. On arriving for an 8 night stay on 28th September 2016, I was told that I would not be staying there and was being moved to another hotel. I had been bumped from a 5 star hotel to a 3 start hotel in...

Stayed here for one night as our hotel was overbooked. Our room was awful. Very basic and none too clean. The bathroom was disgusting absolutely disgusting. The food was good but we had to eat outside as only a few indoor tables and the mosquitoes are like wild animals. Good points: we were right next to the beach and the...

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Gelina village and will definitely be returning in the future! It has everything you could want for a family holiday and my young children were especially excited by the fantastic play area and family pools. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, especially the ladies on reception and our one bedroom...

I know my title says it all.. Looking at everyone elses reviews, you certainly can't please everyone. Firstly, be prepared for Mosquitos they are everywhere, our apartment was in a swamp!! The Mosquitos flew everywhere on the food.. disgusting! The staff are rude, unfriendly, unhelpful & have very bad attitude towards guests of all nationalities! It doesn't cost a thing...
