We went to this hotel to visit the park. The location is very good and the room were nice (we had the superior room) however we didn't had the view we were expecting due to the trees in front of our room. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms and the people from the reception were not very nice. We...

My wife and I spent two nights at the Lago Grey Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We stayed in room 913 which is on the second floor of the newer building. Although the rooms on the first floor have a decent view, the best view is from rooms on the second floor, especially rooms towards the 913, 914, &...

The Hotel is suitable for people of all ages who enjoy nature at its best. It has a magnificent administration block featuring a dining room with panoramic views of the mountains, lake and glacier. There is also a large glassed in lounge area with comfortable sofas and chairs and a bar service. Guest rooms (cabin styled) are spread out in...

the hotel has a remarkable view of the lake and glaciar but is a relaxing and outdoor tendency hotel. We were a group of 7 and they didn't had room for us in the tours they offered and in the hotel itself there are no options for activies, no tv and a horrible inet connection to get tours from other...

Book a superior room (800, 900). They are new, modern, furnished like a Scandinavian hotel room and have breathtaking views of the mountains and Grey lake. The king bed is extra large, even larger than a king, I don't even know what size it is, but it's a good 1-2 ft wider than a regular king. Large shower with rain...

We expected a lot from the hotel and unfortunately were thoroughly disappointed. Location is great - the glacier, the lake, wonderful views. The superior rooms are very lovely, the standard rooms are disappointing. The staff were super lovely but the managers were horrible - unhelpful, with an attitude, not taking responsibility for any problems. We encountered problems after problems right...

First of all I would like to clarify that I'm only rating the hotel 5 stars because of its incredible view and location. The rooms where nice, but didn't have a view, and the staff were helpful but cold (usual for chile). The food wasn't anything special, and although you might say "well they have to drag it all the...

The rooms ( In the most recent section of the resort) are very good with views of the lake and glacier in the distance. However as far as food goes...

From our room we had a great view of the mountains and glacier. The rooms are very comfortable although there were a number of bugs they seemed to disappear with occupancy. It was a short walk to reception and the restaurant with great views. The food is very good and plentiful servings. The staff were friendly and efficient in the...

We booked this hotel through Scottish company, Andean Trails. It was a great choice. We were given one of the new rooms and it was definitely a superior room with a view of the lake, mountains and glacier. The included photo was taken from the veranda near our room. Awesome sunset. And the room was a very special treat. This...
