We stayed for one night in February of 2014. After driving up from Puerto Natales and through Torres De Paine Park it was an oasis. We checked in and got shown to our rooms in the newer section of buildings. We were on the upper level in the building farthest from the lobby. All I can say is WOW. The...

This was truly an exceptional hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were recently updated and had amazing views. The common areas were very nice. Bathrooms had radiant heated floors and waterfall showers, rooms had floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, and beautiful design elements made this a true oasis after a W trek. Our...

Hotel rooms are in wooden cabins which are joined together in blocks. Everything is well-maintained and clean, but rooms are small and in a slightly dated style. Beds are comfortable. The public areas look out onto some of the most amazing scenery that I have ever seen. Try and get the seats in the bar which face the picture windows...

The hotel has modern well equipped rooms w, is well attended by the staff, with views of Lago Grey, the glacier nearby, and far away in the distance the Torres del Paine which are the main attaction of the park. On returning form our daily trips todifferent areas of the park it was always nice and cozy, the views from...

You are at the far end of the park and it's terrific. We had a room with view but there is a mis-conception. View is terrific when you enter the room, when you are standing in the room but...disappears while in bed!!!The bed is oriented in such manner that from bed, you had no view!!! It's quiet, enough large, with...

This hotel is a difficult one to rate. I'll start by the great things. The view is amazing, from the lobby, restaurant, bar, and the rooms. I cannot emphasize how stunning the views are. Make sure you ask for a new room. The room is spacious, good decor and very clean. The bathroom facilities are good, hot water is great....

Not many options to actually stay inside the National Park and we were glad we were booked into one of the new rooms with view of the lake . The décor is Swedish simplicity and very attractive only failing is there is only one chair provided. The restaurant food was pretty average and uninspiring but guess that is the case...

We joined six friends for a four night stay and very much enjoyed it. Very important to precook the newer rooms with the lake and glacier views (rooms 911 - 915 and 811 - 815). They are well appointed and very comfortable. Most of the other newer rooms were thoughtfully sighted behind trees, as is often the custom in National...

Wow! We stayed in one of the "new wing rooms" (numbers 800 or 900) it was amazing and quite a surprise! Modern minimalist design with a wall of glass overlooking the lake, the glacier and the mountains! This is my aesthetic to a T. Bathroom was sleek and modern also with plenty of room for two to unpack toiletries. Room...

The views are well worth the price. Ask for a room with a view, they are almost the same price as the regular rooms. The navigation to the Glacier Grey is fantastic. They take you right in front of the glacier, you don't want to miss this trip. Food at the Hotel is average, but the views from the restaurant...
