The weather changes quickly and dramatically in this southern end of Torres dal Paine, so hikes along the shores of Lago Grey can be exciting. Our room was close to the lodge and was small but well appointed. We stayed two nights. I found the food at the lodge to be average; the bar is often busy with tour groups....

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable with great comforters and beds. I slept really well. The food was really good and the views amazing. Internet was poor. The hotel had packed a picnic lunch for our group, but we had to return to the hotel to eat it, because of the weather. The staff went...

Book this property for at least two nights in order to maximize your opportunity to enjoy the stunning views due to the ever changing Patagonia weather. It is well worth the long drive. The Hotel is very modern and offers fine food.

We were here for lunch after a navigation on Lake Grey. The ambiance is very nice and the people that work there are specially attentive. One of the waiters offered us a drink that was really unusual made out of herbs and according to him made in Valparaiso but with a recipe from the Mapuche natives in Chile. Great digestive...

Things we enjoyed: Beautiful view in the bar and restaurant. Excellent breakfast and dinner. One free drink upon arrival. Nice and clean room. On the other side, the hotel was very hard to get to the hotel if not driving. We had to call the hotel to send a van to pick us up at Administration for 15000 pesos per...

The hotel view from the lobby / restaurant is amazing. We stayed three nights. The staff in general is nice and friendly. Our room looked more like a college dorm and even smaller and NO view at all. Beds are small and mattress and pillows not very comfy. But here comes the best: I was poisoned with a "cordero magallanico"...

Rooms overlooking the mountains, glacier and Lago Grey studded with brilliantly blue icebergs. Hosteria Lago Grey is an iconic hotel in Patagonia, with first class accommodations, restaurant and lounge. This is a "bucket list" hotel when visiting Patagonia. Don't forget that your favorite single malt is available on the rocks (glacier ice!). Cheers!

Our superior rooms had a great view on the lake and the glacier in the distance. End of the good part. The staff at the restaurant are just awful. On arrival we decided to stay for dinner as it was late and there are no alternatives around. It was extremely overpriced and the waiter kept making funny faces about my...

The hotel is a sofisticated "mountain" hut located new Grey lake and has an exceptional view of the Paine massif. Accomodations are simple but new, clean and very well build. I stayed with two small children (4 and 7) and the room was large enough to accomodate us all (in two beds). Hotel´s restaurante is very good and an excellent...
