We stayed in a "dome" dorm room and ate in the refugio building. The campsite shower blocks were new, but the ladies showers did not drain and had 3cm of dirty water in the bottom of the tray. By the time we left there was not a single ladies toilet in the campsite or refugio that was not blocked and...

We stayed in the Cabins Los Cuernos. The cabin was adorable, had amazing views, and was very clean and well equipped. The staff was a different story. They were very rude when we accidentally walked in with our ruck sacks, sent us out to drop them off, and then did not enforce the same rule with the next couple of...

Spent one night indoors in November. The refugio is located next to a beautiful lake and was quite scenic. There was a good porch for sitting, although it was always pretty crowded. There were 3-level bunk beds (fortunately I didn’t get stuck on the 3rd level this time) and the bedrooms were a bit crowded, but also clean and warm....

We stayed in the domos here. The domos themselves are pretty large and roomy, with three bunk beds for room for six. I felt like the domos weren't that well insulated and we were freezing underneath our blankets. We camped other nights asking the W circuit and we felt warmer in our mummy sleeping bags in a tent than in...

It is important that you know that dinner stops at 9pm, so you better get there before 8:30! I wish they wrote this somewhere online or in the confirmation email. Make sure you have a confirmation email, because you will have to show it to them. We stayed at the domo and at the refugio. Both of these are in...

Upon arriving everything appeared disorganized. The small dining hall for guests of the Refugio was also where we were to check in for camping. We rented a platform, tent, sleeping bags and sleeping pads. Eventually we were directed to our tent which was nicely set up for us. It is very very windy in Torres Del Paine so try and...

This place was the highlight of my entire 2 weeks in South America. We hobbled up after a long day of hiking and were greeted by a group of fellow hikers hanging out on the deck. Felt like apres ski! Highly, highly recommend staying in a cabina, which gives you access to the hot tub. I swear, soaking in that...

When we booked we were told there were no more tents so had to stay in a cabin which was quite expensive but reluctantly booked one. We did not regret it! After a few long days of hiking and camping it was pure luxury with towles, amazingly comfy beds, fantastic views and own log burning stove. There was even a...

We stayed in the cabanas at Los Cuernos just before peak season and it was incredible. The location is unmatched. Woke up to a rainbow over Lago Nordenskjold, of which you have a view of right from the cabin. The crew managing the refugio were all super friendly and went above and beyond in accommodations. The cabanas have a tiny...
