The Rio Serrano is probably to be named among the most beautiful hotels we got so stay in during our three week trip to South America. Located right at the edge of the national park Torres del Paine is the drive there alone so picturesque and beautiful to justify the stay there. Loved the tranquility and cleanliness of the rooms...

Dear Guest: Thank you for taking the time to write this opinion about our hotel. Unfortunately being located in a remote area makes the value of our dishes more expensive. Anyway, we are working on improving our menu menu for the next season. Greetings from Patagonia, Team Hotel Rio Serrano.

Apart from the amazing location, views, and food, there is one thing that makes this hotel stand out in my opinion: it's staff. When we arrived a day later than expected due to a storm delay, our reservations were shifted. When our flight landed in the middle of the night 29 hours later than expected, the driver (Pablo) they had...

I stayed at this hotel for two days as part of a Gate1 tour and couldn't have been more impressed. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. And most of all the huge windows offered a spectacular view of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Free wifi throughout hotel with decent speed. Hotel is close to...

My son and I were planning on hiking the 'W' trail at Torres Del Paine by staying at Refugios in the park. Unfortunately, we did not have any reservations and were unaware that you need to check online daily for openings. As a fall back, we made a reservation for a couple of nights at this hotel. On day 2...

The hotel is in fantastic location and as already mentioned some of the rooms have a superb view of the Torres Del Paine massif, but if you want one these rooms you will have to request it. The hotel itself is great with good service, though its is expensive as there are no real alternatives. We ate in the restaurant...

We were very much looking forward to our stay here, particularly after we arrived and saw the amazing views. However, my father had a stroke in the U.S. the day we arrived. Having no cell service (we only heard via text message as the hotel does have wifi) to call home we also found ourselves also unable to place international...

My family of four recently enjoyed our stay at Rio Serrano. We had a nice double room and woke up to the beauty of TDP mountains every morning! The hotel was very comfortable with nice areas to relax and enjoy the views. The buffet each day was plentiful and delicious although more hot breakfast options would be an improvement. Situated...

We couldn't make it to the hotel because of weather conditions and the hotel charged us the whole amount. We did everything we could to make it there but was literally impossible. They didn't provide any flexibility and even though they had technically all the right to do it, I don't think it's the most ethic or customer friendly behavior.

If considering staying here, you MUST book a Massif Paine view room. One can look forever out of your large bedroom window at the spectacular view of the mountains. The weather does impact on views however (as on our full day excursion) but when it clears the views are truly spectacular. Service in the hotel was excellent, breakfast was good,...

On our group trip through Patagonia, we were lucky enough to spend 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. Our room was on the ground floor with views of the fabulous mountains.
