This hotel, just outside the Park, was too big for our liking but seemed perfect for large groups with its long refractory - type tables. Though there are small tables in the large resteraunt it still felt noisy & overwhelming. Rooms are comfortable, large & we had a picture window with a panoramic view of the mountains which was the...

Very nice hotel But you need a car because the transportation services are super expensive. The facility is nice and the staff very helpful. The massage was very good exactly what you need after after a walk.

This review is a tough one as I have so much to say. As we arrive after a long drive and border crossing which was one of the best immigration and police personnel we have met, we were greeted by Carla. She checked us in within minutes, soon our bags were picked up and we were escorted to our room....

This hotel is in a great location. The views are outstanding. Acess to the Park is close and easy. We spent 2 nights there and took advantage of their on-site excursion company. We hiked Pingo, Lake Sarmiento, the Towers and the Painted Caves. The excursions may be somewhat expensive but really well run. The groups fairly small and the guides...

We stayed here for three nights on our southern South America tour. We were lucky that the weather cooperated and we had an absolutely stunning view of the dramatic mountains. We used a lot of the hotel--horseback riding, hiking the trails around the hotel, the bar and the very good breakfast buffet.

Provides a great view of the mountains in the neighboring park. Horseback riding and fishing are available nearby. Rooms were warm, but rooms have a small window that can be opened. The bed was comfortable, but it had no top sheet; only a duvet (meaning you were either covered and too warm or had to sleep uncovered). All electrical outlets...

Rio Serrano is located just outside the Torres Del Paine entrance but the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Sitting in your room, you can see the peaks and truly admire the beauty of the park. There are some small trails near the hotel that take you along the river and those are great for evening strolls. The hotel felt...

This hotel has awesome views of the mountain and is just outside the park. It is a good choice if you can't get accommodation at either Lake Pehoe or Lago Grey. It is also marginally cheaper than the hotels in the park (No petrol available) It will provide a good base to do the French valley or the lago Grey...

Very nice hotel with great picture window views of the Torres del Paine Park mountains in a large river valley of the Rio Serrano. Fine relaxing lobby area that looked out on great views. Buffet dining had a large selection and the food quality was adequate. Located in an area known for hiking, rock climbing and river fishing.

We upgraded to a room with a view. The hotel has very nice views of the mountains of Torres del Paine. Rooms a good size, bathrooms nice. Big public areas. Helpful front desk & excursion office. We did not do any excursions with the hotel, but they were very helpful in providing information for us to do our own hikes....
