Stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed it! Centrally located. Rooms are spacious, very clean and provide comfortable beds. Front office staff speaks very good English for Lao people. Very helpful! Wifi is available in good connection. I would for sure come back!

Stayed here on two separate occasions in a week, all up 5 nights. Staff were not particularly welcoming, friendly, helpful with directions or accommodating of our requests. Pillows were exceptionally high and we asked for 2 more smaller ones. No problem for first stay. Wouldn't let us have them on second stay unless we paid extra $5 US for them....

This better than average guesthouse is in a convenient location in downtown Pakse. The reception area is within the restaurant on the ground floor. We didn't try the food but it looked fine. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom even looks to have been recently re-tiled and had a good hot shower with decent water-pressure,...

I stayed at Phi Dao at the end of a work trip, after a week of tiny guest houses in remote districts of southern Laos. Yes, it was cleaner and more 'luxurious' than these guest houses but I'd take a hard bed with cold water in the middle of nowhere any day over Phi Dao. As noted by some other...

Expensive for the area, staff was not very polite and rude at times. Restaurant was good but expensive. Our flight leaves early and the hotel would not pack breakfast for us. Not pleasant stay at all! There is a travel agency right next door which can help to book tours--not very good price, bit expensive, but reliable.

After 15 hours on a pretty poor bus from Hoi An this place was a very welcome haven. Clean room, good AC, fine food, cold beer and at a really good price. The staff were helpful but with limited English communication was a challenge. Gets my recommendation - as they say 'it does what is says on the can'.

it's ok - nothing outstanding but ok for a transit place in Pakse (the only Pakse exists is transit) it's price is low so don't except much - I rated it average but you could say very good based on how price senistive you are - staff english was basically non-existant management's checkout policy of 11:50 (!?!?) is just weird...

I had booked to stay here for two nights with friends but after the first night we cancelled our reservation and moved to the Pakse hotel. The first issue came shortly after we checked in. Without knocking, a maid let herself in to our room. When she saw we were in the room, she quickly apologised and left. We raised...
