We were 4 people and in addition we brought 2 small doggos with us. We requested a table outside, which startled the young waitors, but it was allright. They treated us well and the sallad buffe and the fish dish was exquisite. Disclaimer: if one wouldn't have liked lobster sauce to the fish, there was lamb racks to choose ;)...

Stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. The location is superb and the hotel is well maintained. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was tasty and local. My room was at the back with no view but I didn't mind. Ask for a room with a view.

As we were booking Hovs Hallar we were imagining fresh air and a space and the sea views. We booked the smallest room . How bad can it be? It was. Not the size of the room but the fact that tiny window was facing the wall making the room dark and miserable. This kind of room should be used...

This is hotel next to a Nature reservate with nice view over the ocean and high climbing if you follow the paths. Wild goats are Livingroom in the reservate. You can see a great sundet here. The rooms stenig and very tidy with a terrace from room no 1 up to 10. Reception and conference service ok. The restaurang for...

This was not cheap, and we expected far better. Hovs Hallar hotel an example of lazy owners getting away with poor quality hotel and service because the setting continues to bring new visitors. This gives all Hotel owners a bad name. We came as a special treat to round off a very enjoyable visit to Sweden and were hugely disappointed....

The hotel has the simple style of a traditional seaside resort. The staff are extremely helpful, going the extra mile to help sort out any transport or other problems you have. The food is buffet style and self-service. It is exactly what you would expect - perfectly good quality but unlikely to be the main reason for your trip. The...

Comfortable hotel excellent located at the sea shore. Full sea view from restaurant and from the superior room in the “Havsgaarden” wing. We seemed to have got a special Easter offer, giving value for money (usually expensive). Room no luxury but comfortable and functional. No aircon in room which can become very hot during night. Opening the door to the...

This hotel is situated in a wonderful place within a natural reservation. You can take relaxing walks in the surrounding as well as more demanding ones. The hotel itself is a simple construction. The rooms are adequate but no more. No luxury that is. The beds are not very spacious nore are they very comfortable. The restaurant is much better...

The room was very when we arrived. The dinner was expensive and not very speciel. When you use ready made supermarket products in your meals, the price must be low. It wasn't. The staff had the level off a student working as an interim waiter.
