The most impressive thing happen are the friendly staff as they know that i have arrived early at the hotel to check in, upon informing me thah the housekeeping colleagues are having lunch, so did i. When i came back i was only patiently waiting at the lounge area ready to do some work, one of the ladies approached me... More

Room smelled of ciggies - didn't appreciate that. It was however a comfortable stay with friendly staff. Liked that we can park freely in the basement as well. Food and convenience stores nearby. The only thing (apart from the smell of the room) that I really didn't like is - there was no plug point near the bed!! You cannot... More

If you are a family travelling on a budget, this is quite a good place. There's a small underground car park and is nearby Han Kee kopitiam. Just that you will probably need to have a car to get around the small town. They have only standing showers, toilet is clean. Beds are ok to sleep in. Staff are friendly... More

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so bad I couldn't sleep throughout the night. Sound-proofing is terrible; could hear people in the corridor all the time. Asked for an English paper - only got the paper every other day, and it was in Chinese. Wifi is absolutely useless. Breakfast is not worth paying for -- you... More

Rooms are clean and comfy but mind the noisy sleepers, they might wake u up in the mid of night as the wall arent sound proof enough.All... More

Less car park- you will have to walk across a busy road before you pick your car. New but with only one workable lift Understood from local previously this is a shopping centre, refurbished quite some years ago Bathtub leakage, response from management very slow Fridge not working at all

We stayed for 1 night at the hotel. The room is spacious and bathroom is clean. Tv channel is acceptable clear. The breakfast is quite good with chef to cook your egg. The negative comment from is the free internet WiFi is not stable. always disconnect during peak period. Overall, the stay at the hotel was quite good

i spent 2 nights at Pinetree hotel in Batu Pahat. Good position (center city), rooms are clean, big and so quiet. Excellent breakfast. Recepion is gentle and quick service. The only negative point is that they doesn't serve alchoolic beverages, but all the rest is ok.
