I was there for a meeting and only used the banquet room and public restroom facilities. If you want to impress, this hotel is not it. The Banquet room smells damped and musky. The staff were extremely unhelpful. When not attending to guests, they can be seen sitting around and being very attentive to their phones. The coffee break snacks...

Decoration of this hotel quite old, old chair old table but the location still acceptable because is located at center of town. Stay this hotel because of business purpose, wouldn't choose this hotel if for vacation purpose.

The hotel a bit rundown and room is not clean either. The interior furniture are old and room service is below expectation. There is a coffee house just next to the hotel lobby but the food is just normal. The only thing good is the location whereby walking distance to nearby hawker center and road side local food stalls.

i was here in June. When we got to our room, the toilet didn't flush, so I called Room service to fix it and throughout the week I stayed there, no one ever came but i managaed to add water into the tank every now and then. I accidentally let my key in the room and I asked the Indian...

Stayed here for 2 nights over Chinese New Year because all the other hotels were full. Having read the reports here I was worried but it really isn't as bad as people have made it out to be. It's an old hotel and seriously needs some renovation. The price reflects the state of the hotel so you need to balance...

The hotel room was very dated but met our expectations based on the price we paid. Laundry service was excellent! BUT the wifi advertised was very poor and did not work on our laptop. we were given many suggestions but it wasn't going to happen. The restaurant was TERRIBLE!!! The "breakfast" was included. There was very little food for breakfast...

This was my second visit to the said hotel. I purposely delayed my review hoping that the renovation would have improved the quality of the hotel. I am very disappointed that the renovation only makes the hotel worst The old centralised airconditioning remain as bad even with the same air ducts and temperature regulator. I need to use a towel...

Stayed here for an in-service course. The room size (twin room) was OK and the bedsheets were clean, as was the room as a whole. However the bathroom tiles looked rather old and stained. And the bathroom door couldn't be locked! The floor was carpeted, which is not necessarily a good thing, as the carpet absorbs all kinds of odours....
