All the butlers do is sort out problems and reserve restaurants. They are not butlers. The area on the beach for Sanctuary guest is tiny and people are packed in like sardines. Loud music blasts out all day. I advise turning right and walking round the rocky headland to the next hotel which is much nicer and the beach is deserted.
