My husband and I stayed in Casa Alodia for two nights. The stay was nothing short of amazing! I'm one of those people that stay in hotels over 250 plus nights a year. I can honestly say that the charm and character of the rooms leave absolutely nothing to be desired. The hotel and the rooms are impeccably decorated! The...

A friend recommended we visit Alquezar and stay at the Alodia. We found the hotel to be very comfortable and well appointed, they have achieved an attractive blend of traditional building with modern fixtures, our room was luxurious. Alquezar is a very pretty location with a stunning walk in the River Vero gorge, Ana at the hotel was helpful and...

I love everything about this hotel...the romantic room, the outstanding view, the "tastings" that they offer (the 35 euro that we paid was so worth it...they gave so much food with an excellent bottle of wine). Most importantly, I love the owner, Eva, and her staff, Ana and Silvana. They made our stay in Alquezar the most enjoyable and memorable...

My husband and I travelled here early in our trip to Spain so that we could enjoy a day of canyoning. We were exceptionally surprised to find our local agent had booked us into a real gem at the Alodia. The room has every comfort you can imagine in any top quality B & B and more. Extremely well decorated...

My friend and I booked 2 rooms, (one in each location). The emails we received were very helpful and the checkin process very easy. Both rooms were gorgeous and breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately for us nearly everything is shut on a Tuesday night so watch out for this as there are not many options and only 2 places open...

Thank you so much on behalf of all the people involved in every detail in Casa Alodia. During the low season many restaurants close on monday and tuesday but there are allways some alternatives that is better to book in advance. On the other hand, you were lucky to enjoy Alquézar without less people!

My 2 children (19 & 21) and I stayed in the Alodia lodging while visiting Alquezar. There are two properties, which was confusing when we got there so be sure to ask when you register which location you are in. We were not in the one pictured "the hotel" but another full apartment just off the main square. HOWEVER this...

Thank you so much for your nice words on behalf of all the staff involved in making your stay special! Spent 2 nights with our daughter at this hotel in beautiful Alquézar. Although Eva was away during our visit she gave us excellent service, suggesting changes to rooms and organizing restaurants for us. The rooms were first class, with lovely little touches and Ana, her colleague was superb. We were in the 2 bedroom annexe, just round the corner from...

A completely unique experience. Our beautiful suite overlooked this incredible town. It felt like we had gone back in time, except we had all modern amenities. Breakfast brought to our room because we couldn't get enough of that view. No cars allowed so you walk in but Jose Luis is happy to take his tiny vehicle (residents only allowed cars...

We booked 2 nights in August as part of a week-long trip through Northern Spain. At Alquezar we planned to do a full day of canyoning for the first time with our 2 younger kids (7 and 11) and explore the town. Needless to say Alquezar is beautiful and well worth a visit (and an overnight at least). Eva helped...

This place is truly wonderful, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, very quiet and comfortable. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Alodia consists of two buildings. In the building located on San Gregorio Street, you will find olivo (olive tree) and almendro (almond tree), ideal for two couples or a family with children. The rooms are decorated with alabaster windows, unpolished marble floors... The same style applies for the four rooms in the Arrabal Street building: boj (box), madrono (strawberry Tree), juncal (reed bed), and encina (oak), these last two with a terrace. Every detail in Alodia is inspired by the trees that the rooms are named after, with handcrafted touches. ... more   less
