Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and a special thanks to Mr. Manoj Baruah for his cooperation. Lovely and great first impression of the resort. The resort was clean, stylish and roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great so also was the service of the staff.Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. We were very much pleased with our stay and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Wonderful ambience and view in the surrounding is very good, it looks in to the mountains and valleys Chetri and Nath were warm and hospitable. They took good care of us. The food can be better and improved.

We had lunch and dinner in jiva restaurant..we had grilled chicken and grill fish 🐠..that item is very good and tasty 😄..and restaurant staff also very helpful..i mentioned the guy name Mr jiabur Rehman and Rakesh patar that two guys always help us ..we will visit again..Thank you Mridul nath..

It was a great experience In Jiva. The ambience was really good. The food was also delicious. Took so less time and the food got served so well by Kishor and Navin. Had a great time with perfect people in perfect place.will visit again
