Loved every minute of my 3 night stay in Razhu Pru. Super cosy place with very clean rooms and facilities. Staff were excellent and so helpful to me the entire time. Great WiFi and great food. Loved it :)
One of the best places to stay in Kohima town. Set in a traditional Naga home, the rooms are fairly sized, clean and cozy. The hostess is friendly and always eager to help... The property is located rite in the middle of town and hence moving around is quite easy.
its a lovely stay in kohima amidst the serene nagaland. its a heritage house turned to be a homely stay , well furnished, nice coordination of staffs and overall is the communication of the owner jasmina.
Loved this place. Stayed here for a night. Comfortable rooms, good food, very cordial hostess and her staff. They gave me veg food on request which is a rarity in Nagaland. House has historic significance dating back world war 2. Has an amazing collection of artefacts from local Naga heritage. Loved it.
The property rightly does not claim itself to be a hotel. It is located just at the entrance of Kohima village. Visitor should feel informed that Kohima Village is at the other end of the Kohima Town. So, if your taxi driver is not comfortable in your language and you are not comfortable in speaking English then it would be inviting concerns. Not many persons in Kohima Town can refer to this property by name. If you have decided to stay here, keep complete address & telephone number printed neatly on paper & seek assistance in location. Those themselves driving in, should feel assured of parking here, though it is otherwise a luxury in Kohima. The reception desk is the best part here. Ms. Sushma is unbelievably Warm, Cheerful & Knowledgable about all aspects within Nagaland. Room allotted to us had windows opening towards outside thereby giving view to nice ambience and beautiful, colourful flowers. Hot water is ample. Linen is dry & clean. Though the society here is predominantly non-vegetarian, the management respected our choice of being vegetarian. My wife even does not take eggs. We experienced no concerns about the food as our choice was honoured on both days of our stay- to our fullest satisfaction. Daily Newspapers and a couple of Magazines supplemented with good number of Nagaland related books are the pride & true spirit of this place. No wonders you may well forget sight seeing and may prefer to sunbath or sit in your bed or may yet sit besides the common fire place and study the available books etc. You talk to Sushma and either she may spontaneously respond or she may search internet and provide you solutions even before your expectation. Ms. Sushma speaks fluent Hindi & English. She was found exceptionally dependable. She arranged local taxi & guide for us. She explained the related issues about sites we proposed to visit. We are immensely obliged since she went out of her way to manage a taxi for us from Kohima to Imphal. The place is unglamorous compared to a modern hotel. Kids accompanying you may either dislike to be here ( if you have pampered them) or may be bowled over by DISTINGUISHED features & hospitality available here. Breakfast is included in the tariff and is moderate but needful. Television is of older models but coloured. It worked. On occasions internet has problems which can be termed beyond control of management. Outside views are good. It is a delight to appreciate the flowers grown & maintained in half round plastic pipes hung on every conceivable railing & hooks.…
