We stayed here one night in January. The hotel itself looks pretty good - quite business class-like. The rooms were clean and tidy, though a little faded compared to how it must have been when it opened. The view from the balcony was spectacular - a great view of the entire beach strip. Breakfast was the usual buffet style. It...

In the past it was a mess, the renovation helped but did not think it could change radically. The rooms are very small , summer bustle there are due to lack of sound insulation, the Internet is good, breakfast is only when have people and worth the pay. If you don't find room to stay is an economically choice

We enjoyed an overnight stay at Haikos. The room faced the bay and the views were beautiful, both night and morning! The room was comfortable. We paid an extra 10 euros for breakfast for two and it was well worth it, great value, and a good offering of breakfast foods. There was also free parking right at the hotel.

Positive: Very nice location, spectacular view of Kalamata bay from the 4th floor, clean spacey rooms, rich breakfast, polite helpful staff, great value for money. Negative: Rusty faucets in bathroom.

Nice, cosy hotel in Kalamata. Recently renovated, offers modern and nice decorated rooms and a private parking in a busy area, with no extra charge. The location it's amazing just a few steps from the beach, many restaurants, cafes and beach bars. City's centre is accesible in 5 min by car.

First of all despite the fact that it was a bank holiday at that period they gave us a very fair price which no other Hotel in the area could compete. The whole Hotel is renovated recently the people working in it are lovely and helpfull.The...

Located opposite the beach and close to restaurants and patisseries. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. A dedicated car park directly opposite the hotel is an added bonus. A 15 minute walk takes you to both the modern and old town of Kalamata. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely obliging. The hotel was clean, modern and we felt the best on offer along the waterfront. There is a car park immediately opposite the hotel, all very convenient. We would recommend this hotel! The rom we had was at the front, bit noisy at night, but we closed the screen and put the air conditioning on...

Nice hotel close to everything you need for a pleasant short break in Kalamata. The beach is 50 metres away across the road so you could not be better placed in that sense. There are a number of fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel offering wonderful fresh home made food at great prices. The hotel itself...
