I was visited this place in 14th February to celebrate Valentine day and having a candle light dinner with my family.Lovely place to move around and stay also but i enjoyed my candle light dinner here,it was very beautiful arrangement by them.

This had been advertised on tv as a animal park. After 2 hours driving in the heat, an entrance fee, an extremely rude man on the gate, we entered only to find empty cages. When my husband asked apparently there is 1 deer somewhere. Terrible road to get to the place, like most of Bangladesh false advertising to get your money. If you want to sit amongst some trees and do nothing youll be fine. Walking difficulties then dont go.

Just couple of days before we completed our tour at Exelsior Sylhet Hotel & Resort. The experience is very excellence .They are realy professional & good service. We enjoy with our family's.I never had this type of good service in such a good place.I wish i visit this place again.Me and my family are so pleased to spend some time in here.we are so glad to see the GM of this resort is a great human.GM and the service is unexpected good.It is a great place I had ever seen.

Very disappointed stay two nights not valve for money had kill 3 cockroaches in the bedroom And mosquitoes hygiene standards very poor staff are friendly beautiful place needs good management best of lack to them in future

We went with a big group of 13 people, and was hoping to get a more relaxing out of the busy city vibe. And that is exactly what we got. It was about 20min away from city centre with great park style cottages, very inline with nature. Early morning views were great. Although, the service of the resort was absolutely horrible, its like no one was ever trained in hospitality! Breakfast timing went off the roof, BBQ arrange session was not in-order, and basic room service was pathetic!

Just couple of days before we completed our official event at Ecelsior Hotel & Resort. The experience is terrible. They are not professional, moreover, they even don't know how to organize a event of 70 people. The most pathetic thing is my two colleagues lost money and perfume from their rooms. That's really unexpected. I never had this type of experience in such a place.

First time I went to Sylhet and I stay at Excelsior Sylhet Hotel and Resort that was so beautiful which was so close to the city. Its very big areas I enjoyed very much.I always say service was very good and I say Thanks all of you.

Had a lovely time with family, food was delicious, customer service was attentive and efficient. Room was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay as there was a swimming pool, great room service, fitness centre, Free Wifi and was very kids friendly with lots of activities to do. My room had a very nice view. This is a fantastic hotel to stay in, would definitely visit again and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel to stay in that provides excellent experience.

If I would not go there I could never understand that Excelsior Sylhet Hotel and Resort is one of the beautiful tourist sports in Sylhet division. It has awesome natural beauty as well as various facilities of foods and accommodation. Excelsior Sylhet is only 20-25 minutes driveway from Sylhet city. At about 10 Km East of the city, linked by good road communication. A few weeks ago, while I was staying at the hotel of Excelsior Sylhet, a picnic party was going on at the resort area with great enthusiasm. Next day I witnessed a seminar of an international company at the conference hall of the resort. Excelsior Sylhet nestled in a hilly area surrounded by green trees, gardens and habitats of people as well. In respect of both food prices and room tariff, Excelsior is affordable, especially in comparison to the other hotels of the same level. Above all, the natural beauty of Excelsior attracted me most. Gym was a bit poor but can be easily improved with a few more equipment. It has a lovely swimming pool with panoramic view. Excelsior Sylhet also provides the facilities like boating in lake, sports ground, Basket ball and Tennis court, conference and Banqueting Hall, Parks with rides, air-conditioned hotel rooms, Cable TV, Internet and Wi-Fi, 17 acres of natural beauty with elegant deer. I stayed at Excelsior for 2 nights. Nice hotel, clean, quiet. Room is spacious. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner were good. Food was pretty fresh and cooking is good. Staff are really helpful and friendly. In a short, I can say, from beginning to end my stay was fabulous. So I can’t wait to go back whenever get the chance.
