DISGUSTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE: - cleaners and providers do not wear masks - dirty towels - bathroom full of bugs - service time is slow - bathtub is dirty - bathroom flush does not work properly - lift stops suddenly. Emergency bell does not work - food is not fresh - waiters forget orders - basin leaks - bad interior decorations - towels are rough and not cleaned - bedsheets are not pressed - restaurant overcharged bills by almost BDT 200 - WiFi is slow - cabinet space is small

Room smelt of damp. Were not fresh towels, contained previous hair, plus smelt, unusable. Read the facilities, you won't get what it says, staff apologized for wrong information. However i enjoyed the food, husband who is a chef did not. Staff where very good and polite. Asked where the spa & pool was. I will inform Booking.com there is none as advertised.

I booked room from hotels.com of expedia group. My payments for a family suits including 2 bed rooms has been pre paid totally. But when we arrived at hotel for check in. They firstly ahow their innocence that they don't know about it and i have no booking that day. When i show the hotels.com every documents about booking and payments and tell them to call hotel.com right now. They become slightly soft. But they said they could not give me checked in to that family suit because the price is higher than my booking.they offer me they will give me a standard couple room and i need to pay more 2600 local currency for this because the room rate is 5000 bdt.i don't know about what they really understand about online renowned sites booking order. This is not frauding with clients or what ??? I will case in consumer rights act for this great harassment. They are just obstinate and fraud.…

This property which self proclaims "a luxury hotel" is in fact an overpriced budget hotel. I had to change rooms once before getting one with a decent bathroom; my friend needed to change twice because the shower was not working properly in the second room. Despite the helpful staff, facilities are basic: rock hard beds (do ask for a couple of layers of blankets over the mattress before even trying to sleep) or awkwardly placed switches -most of them at ground level- with one light in my room which didn't have a switch so that I needed to remove the card key at night to turn it off. Breakfast is not suited for Westeners. Due to their poor command of English, they don't understand the difference between omelet masala and tea masala! Only one day out of three did we manage to get some tea. In short don't expect anything but basic facilities in this hotel. There are few decent choices in Sylhet so I guess this is a better option than the expensive local 5 star hotel which is just as bad and dirtier... …

We had make plan for Eid vacation at Sylhet with family in June 2018. We were stay at Hotel valley garden and truly it was great decision to stay there. The hotel hospitality, room services, cleanness, environment, restaurant was Excellent. The Hotel management dedicated to their guests. All rooms are kept clean for guests. Restaurant foods are mouth watering. From the Bell boy to top management people are so dear to guest and try to give their best service. They arrange sight seeing tours on demand and cheap price. will give 7 stars for the environment, rooms, staffs, foods, behavior, easy reach location but one thing the management need to do is increase the activity option for their guests. like Gym, Pool etc
