Hair at washroom!! Wet washroom floor while checked in. That is good enough to understand hygienc level of hotel. We went to hotel at 1:30 pm they said room is not ready. Then give room at 2:15 but couldn’t able to give our to rooms. They gabe one room and said another room still not ready. We found the washroom of our room is wet and hair on the floor. Then again they said player is staying at their hotel so we can't use one part of the hotel and the lift. They have another lift but that is out of service. So we need to use the stares. Gym closed! Swimming pool water like never changed in a year!! Behaviour of the staffs!!! OMG!! They will talk to you like u r their servant. Like they are paying you to stay there. I ask them i want to talk to your manager. They were like i did the mistake by asking for that.. They said Why!! Why you want to talk to the manager. Go and talk to the manager... This is a hotel that NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The hotel is good, clean, good water supply and people are nice. However, you got to tell them very clearly speaking slowly if you are speaking in English. You may also like to bargain for room rent. We were there on B&B package. As the hotel is a kind of medium level, you do not expect many varieties of food at breakfast, but if you ask they provide more than what is displayed.

I’m Staying local, flying back to UK tonight Went there thinking its a four star place why not give the gym and pool ago. Went in at the reception was a rude, miserable put me off straight away. Anyway as I asked for details regarding opening times gym equipment and if I could have a look before I went in. I like my places to smell good and hygiene is a big factor, receptionist asked advised me he can’t show me the gym as it’s fingerprint entry only and he can’t access it. He can’t leave the reception nor can he send someone automatically I thought very unprofessional anyway. Didn’t want speak to him as he put my mood off but I really wanted a swim. My fault I didn’t check the swimming pool. Paid extortionate rate went in thinking I need to get away from this miserable brat, no manners bad English. The changing room was absolutely foul the smell was awful, quickly got changed. Jumped into the pool 20 mins and I was out thinking glad that’s over with then went to the shower, only one shower like seriously one shower unbelievable. No secure lockers, had my phone and belongs with me by the side of the pool. NEVER AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS FAR BETTER HOTELS IN THE SAME VICINITY!!!

We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel has a well maintained pool. they also have female time schedule with a life guard. Staffs are well behaved and caring. However, food taste was really bad. I was not satified with a single dish. I ordered tom yum soup once. the soup was literally tasteless and they said it was their best dish in thai menu.

It was another great stay in Nirvana... Loved it so much. Room arrangement, bed, amenities everything was really good. Behaviour and services of staff made us amazed, keen to help everyone. I should mention one thing that is we didn't like the breakfast at all. They gave an excuse of Ramadan but it is not acceptable in my sense... Best wishes
