Good to be back to this cosy hotel once again. The management are great and look after us so well. Service is everything if you want people to come back again. Food is also good and everything you need is outside. The hustle and bustle of Bandar Bazaar. I recommend this place.
stayed one night ,the beds are neat and clean the room is big enough with two chairs and a table what we did not find was no electrical outlet near the bed for charging our phones. we had to use the socket outlet near the door the ceiling fan made a big sound like a generator due to worn out bearings the air conditioner was noisy there were lots of mosquitoes in the room which disturbed our sleep the complimentary breakfast was good
After reading all the reviews I noticed, the reviews were old. I arrived at the Metro and found that the surroundings were clean and modern. I was told by the staff they had recently had a major refurbishment. The hotel had been taken over by a new management. We had a double room and it was very good and all the facilities were good. We had a meal in their restaurant and I must say I was impressed. The food was on par with a lot of places I have been to in Dubai and I have been to a few bad ones too. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of ‘Bondor Bazaar’ and when you step inside it doesn’t feel as though you are in Bondor. I recommend this place more than ‘Uposhohor’ and prices are fair and service is fantastic.
It was my 2nd visit to this hotel. The hotel is located a bit far from airport, but the location is ok. Rickshaw and other transports were available. Amenities were average, room service was good. Overall staff behavior and professionalism was excellent. But the furnitures were a bit old fashioned. The buffet breakfast was ok. Here are some of my findings 1. Location 3/5 2. Amenities 3/5 3. Cleanliness 4/5 4. Decoration 3/5 5. Staff Behavior 5/5 6. Furnitures 3/5 7. Buffet Breakfast 3/5 8. Restaurant 4/5 9. Price 3/5 10. Ventilation 4/5 Overall Experience: 3/5 This is a safe hotel. A bit old but somehow ok for 2-3 days business trip.
