My Bengali husband booked this, i read the facilities on Booking.com and thought it sounded a good place. Can not fault the staff, but description so wrong. No soundproof room or mini bar. No spa, pool area. These websites really need to check what they are offering. The staff did apologize for false informstion but dont think its understood the importance of true notification of whats on offer. Also not sure on the cleanliness, we had a towel which contained at least 2 very long hairs on definately not mine. And the rooms do smell as if damp.

I stayed there while doing business in towm and was impressed at the level of professionalism and customer service displayed by the staff of this hotel. The rooms were cleaned and the breakfast was good, but needs a little more variety. The check-in and check-out very efficient. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and accommodating as I was travelling alone.

Hotel rooms are clean and food is OK. Staff are helpful. Room service takes quite a while to server to the room though. Hotel is at the middle of the city so good communication but don't expect peace and quite or natural view. I'd recommend for a quick work trip or a trip where you'll out most of the time.

Rooms are average, the price is fair for a 4 star hotel double room and room with 2 single beds we paid 3500 Taka around £24. The staff and food in the restaurant is spot on. Good breakfast. Met the owner and had a long conversation regarding his hotel.

Stay there frequently every time I visit sylhet. Nice staff,good location, need new furniture and modern TV in the rooms. Good breakfast and babul is amazing and very helpful. Nice breakfast shame u have to eat it in your room. Highly recommend it

By this time lot of new hotels started journey with good quality rooms.This one is offering reasonable price but room quality needs to improve. Very old furniture. So far they told me that refurbishment is going on. Service quality is good and the owner is off course very polite.

We arrived here after a nightmarish 8 hour bus ride from Dhaka. While the hotel is dated the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was harder than Thor's hammer of lightning and the airconditioning was louder than Thor using said hammer. However we slept fine. The next morning we went to the lobby to ask about breakfast, it is in the restaurant on level 2. The restaurant is actually on level one and breakfast was only served in room. Ah well. We left our room and then realised we'd forgotten something. We nipped back and there was a staff member in our room tucking in to our biscuit stash and loitering around. They were our emergency biscuits.. :( We checked out.

For last six years every months I had the opportunity to be the guest in Hotel Fortune Garden as business guest and as well as family guest. The service they always provide to their guest is amazing. Room, Laundry & Restaurant service every thing is always above the standard. I always enjoy every trip as my home. They only need to improve their furnitures as those became old. However, they have started rennovating those since last two months.
